Hello! We have a happy problem — we have an event with 30 webinars starting tomorrow through the weekend. We have a license for 1000 participants but we're close to selling more tickets than that. Usually not everyone comes at once (we offer recordings). But I need to know if I change to a 3000 person webinar license, do all the current links break? Thank you!

Hello, I'm trying to set a webinar with a start time of 11:15am and it keep auto correcting to 11am - is it possible to set a webinar to 11:15am please or is it only 11am, 11:30am etc?

Hi, After a 3hr meeting I got a 1hr recording and two files that did not convert. I did tape as usual with a few pauses in between during breakout rooms. The only difference is my collaborator was a co-host and tried to record. Her recording did not work at all. How do I convert the rest?! Thanks for your help!

We are facing an issue where Zoom Webinar licenses are “falling off” users when set in Zoom. Essentially Okta is matching the user to “licensed” and then removing additional licenses not set in Okta. Is there a way we can have Okta set the license, but allow Zoom Webinar license to be managed individually in Zoom? We’d really like to avoid using Okta to assign the Zoom for Webinar license as we sometimes have to add 25,000 member Webinar licenses on the fly for a single event. Thank you so much for any input.
