I have set up a webinar using OnZoom BETA...there are 2 people successfully registered...me and 1 other... I am being told by people that they have registered but they are not appearing in the manage registration view (I refreshed to make sure)...

when I tried to register using a different email address, it took me to a series of pages to open a Zoom account but never took me back to the registration page for my webinar!

We organize regular webinars with several speakers with a presentation and a mosaïc display of the speakers (webcams on) . 

 

Is there a way to have a person backstage launching an end credit roll at the end of the talk ? I would like to avoid this floating period when the speaker ends the webinar looking at his keyboard.

webinar missing

The scheduled  webinar on our page has suddenly disappeared and we are unable to locate it. This is causing a major inconvenience for us as we have not yet approved a large number of guests for the event.

Who's got my meeting recording - and how do I find it? :)

I have a weekly meeting I have set up to record. When I joined, the recording prompt appeared and I 'reclaimed' Host. At the end of the meeting with people leaving, I heard 'Recording has stopped' - but I hadn't stopped it. It appears someone else wh... Show more

I have a weekly meeting I have set up to record.  When I joined, the recording prompt appeared and I 'reclaimed' Host.  At the end of the meeting with people leaving, I heard 'Recording has stopped' - but I hadn't stopped it.

 

It appears someone else who joined before me started the recording and probably has the finished link to it in their Zoom 'Recorded' folder and doesn't know it.  Is there any way for me to find out who has it and retrieve that recording (or link) - since I am the meeting owner?   Thanks!

PDF file not showing

I have attached two PDF files (200K each) to a session in an event. I have published the event. When I go to the front end and look at the session detail, I do not see the files. Thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?

Hi there!

I've been hosting some webinars for some time. In our webinar format, we start with a 30 minute presentation before heading into an hour long Q&A. The challenge is the audience often asks questions during the presentation, whereas we're prefer for them to save them until the end.

 

Can we set up the Q&A so that it opens at a specific time? (ie after the 30 minute presentation is complete). 

 

Or is there a way to turn the Q&A on after the presentation?

Notify Registrants of Webinar Cancellation in a Series

We are cancelling a session of a webinar series. I only see an option to delete the date from occurrences, but this doesn't seem to notify the people who are already registered for the series about the cancellation. Is there a way in Zoom to do this?... Show more

Google Chrome Zoom Scheduler Extension Port Not Exist Error when in Google Calendar

When I'm in Google Chrome and looking at my Calendar I repeatedly get pop up errors stating: "Port not exist, please refresh page and try again." I have coworkers who disabled the zoom scheduler extension in chrome and it worked, for some it didn't S... Show more

When I'm in Google Chrome and looking at my Calendar I repeatedly get pop up errors stating:

 

"Port not exist, please refresh page and try again."

 

I have coworkers who disabled the zoom scheduler extension in chrome and it worked, for some it didn't

 

Some out right removed it and it worked for some, not all

 

Seems like a new growing issue as highlighted by this Google Support thread:

Has anyone seen this or recommend anything?

I'm an English tutor and have just returned back to teaching online after the Christmas break. My webcam - which is internal - works fine for the first 5 minutes and then begins glitching like a VHS tape... and then returns back to normal... and then begins glitching again. I have tried uninstalling Zoom and updating all drivers. Any ideas? I do pay for Zoom too.
