Chat not appearing
Hello
Although I have enabled chat in the account webinar settings that everyone can chat,
the tab does not appear in the application.
Any idea's on what happened here ?

Although I have enabled chat in the account webinar settings that everyone can chat,
the tab does not appear in the application.
Any idea's on what happened here ?
I have the page of advice telling me how to convert a meeting to a webinar however when I view the meeting the only buttons to the right are start, edit and delete. There is no option to convert on any of my meetings. Does this mean that I cant convert? Thanks.

Hi I want to set-up a webinar where only people are allowed based on a list from the client. Thank you !
I have found that I can import a CSV file but then people can only join trough their
personalised link send trough Zoom is seems.
But the client want to send a link himself to these people, so 1 link.
Is there a way to get a general meetinglink where people are just allowed if they log-in
with the credentials uploaded from the CSV ?
When I try to copy the link from an invite to one person and try to log-in with another
log-in that is also in the CSV, it does not allow me acces.

Hi everyone, An issue that has arisen today - I'm hosting lots of upcoming events and was running some of the technical rehearsals today with some of the panelists but none of them were able to join the practice session as they were going into the attendees list. Help! It worked for one when I deleted their original link and sent them a new panellists one but I don't want to have to do this for all of the other panelists. Many thanks, Kimberley

Hi, i recently bought a zoom meeting to hold 1000 people and then just now I saw a webinar option! I am holding a space to teach with keynote as its what i know. I will have participants from around the world signing in, it will guide them to the next program for those on it live and then the recorded version will be accessible and connected to our kajabi platform. If I have keynote, does it make a difference using normal zoom to the webinar function? Please let me know as I know only how to use zoom meetings and I would like to integrate the scheduler one time so that those who are signing in for the 20th will have it linked in their diary. Assistance would be very much appreciated as looking to go to market today (on GST time)! In love and honour. Alex

I tried logging into a webinar and got an error message saying "You must update to the latest version of Zoom to join this meeting." It looks like I have the latest version (I'm able to log in and send meeting invites) and, at any rate, don't see a way to update it. Can anyone help? TIA!

Hi, I hosted a webinar yesterday. 40 people. All were panelists. Saving chat was enabled. Recording turned on. Stored in zoom cloud. The recording was saved properly but only a tiny fraction of the chat log was saved. We had a ton of chats and want to recover the full chat. All chats were public. Everyone from the webinar wants the full chat. We have hosted 100’s of webinars before. First time this has happened. Possible to recover it?

Wondering if there are updates on how well Chromebooks perform with Zoom events. Many of our clients will have Chromebooks. Does the Chromebook add-on help here at all?

I am just trying out my first real webinar several people from Canada have told me they can't register for the event. It will only allow people from the US to register. I can't seem to find where to change that to allow them to register. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Zoom recording is stuck at 99%. Work laptop was connected to VPN while recording was in progress. But VPN unexpectedly shut down the laptop. Now the recording seems to be stuck at 99%. There is a temp recording file saved locally on the laptop (video1239184949.mp4.tmp).
Do not want to close out the dialog box that is showing the recording at 99%. But don't know if the recording is corrupted anyway because of the unexpected shutdown of the VPN connection. If that is the case, is there any way of recovering that webinar recording?
