I was unable to attend a Zoom hosted tutorial/webinar and was advised that a ecorded version would be sent to me. I never received it. How do I obtain?
I scheduled a meeting and invited people in general to attend and provided the event link. - Access password
I would like to allow invitees who accept the invitation and access the meeting using the link I provided to join the meeting directly and not depend on my authorization.
Question: In the item SECURITY which option should I choose?
Only users with the invitation link or password can join the meeting
- Waiting room
Only users admitted by the host can join the meeting
- Only authenticated users can join

We would like to schedule a reocurring meeting with two separate meeting times. One in the morning and one in the afternoon and use one link for both. We'd like to eliminate the confusion for our guests and only provide one link. Is this possible? I cannot find the answer and online chatbox doesn't provide the answer.

Hi there, We use zoom webinar to host recurring live interactions with our customers - training and Q&A sessions. We have a CES survey we've set up using the native zoom survey functionality. This pops up post webinar. Ideally, we'd want these survey responses to automatically populate into a single google sheet when they've occurred instead of us having to export the results after every single webinar. Has anyone worked out how to do this? I've looked at adding a third-party survey link (for Delighted) but you can't pass any registrant details that way (name, email) so the responses come through from an anonymous person, and the redirect screen to get to the survey post-webinar is uninspiring UX-wise. Ideally, I need to automate getting the response data out of Zoom so it can populate a Slack feed, Tableau etc. Can't find any marketplace app functionality that covers any of this and Zapier doesn't trigger from/pull response data either. Can't find any marketplace survey apps that will work for this use case. Hoping someone else has worked through a similar scenario here. 😕

I need to create a webinar for my business, I want to record it over zoom. The webinar is approximately 50-60 min. Long. what is the best way to do it? I will be away for about 2 hours but please feel free to get me some suggestions if it can be done

How can I avoid my webinar attendees being directed through servers that are not in the EU? Many firewall admins of my clients block IP addresses accordingly. When I try to gray out US data centers on my profile, I get "This cannot be changed because you cannot disable the data center region where your account is provisioned." I can't find the button to move my account to a different data center region.

As of now, I can not enable Chat for attendees to talk only with host and Cohosts.. It automatically adds hosts and Panelists. Which does not help me.
How to separate panelist from hosts as we have critical information between attendee and host.. which we dont want to share with participant.
We cant use Q&A option too.. because it runs on same logic.
Please help
