I am trying to customize my waiting room for an upcoming webinar.

 

Video and Image is the only choices to upload.   I have a powerpoint slideshot that is on continuous loop i

want to play while folks are in the waiting room.   How do I do this?

Currently on a Business plan can I still use the webinar feature without paying for its add-on

Do i have to pay for the zoom webinar add-on before I can use the webinar feature? or there is a free plan. Currently I am using the Zoom Business plan, and I expected I could use the webinar feature for free, but seems i cant. Can someone pls guide ... Show more

I am doing several learning webinars and some of the staff are getting this "meeting is for authorized registrants only" message, but some have paid Zoom accounts and some have had to sign up for the "free" account to get registered. The issue is wit... Show more

I am doing several learning webinars and some of the staff are getting this "meeting is for authorized registrants only" message, but some have paid Zoom accounts and some have had to sign up for the "free" account to get registered.  The issue is with the "paid" accounts as they can't register at all since they already have an account under their emails.  Why is this happening?  Has there been an update

Webinar registration issues

We have a webinar that requires pre registration. But when some people are trying to register it says that this webinar is for authorised registrants only. Why is this happening, we want people to be able to register.

Prevent participants from camera and mic

First Name and Last Name not appearing in Zoom Events Registration Reports

Hi, I am seeing the Zoom Events registration reports have only the email, display name and other fields and does not have the first name and last name. Is there a way to add this? as these are the key data.

I've been researching the many roles and capabilities that each role has to offer in Zoom. Are you able to assign multiple roles to a single individual?

IE: Could you assign someone as both a panelist and a speaker? I'd like them to be able to share their screen and have controls to turn their camera on and off as a panelist, but also be able to start their session and respond to Q&A as a speaker.

Hello does anyone have insight into how I can go about sharing the reminder link to join my webinar without using Zoom's email automation?  I would prefer to send reminder emails and the link to join the webinar through my email platform ie ConvertKit, Constant Contact etc.  Thanks in advance.

Letting people use camera in webinar

I recently hosted a webinar and one of the complaints from people was that they felt out of touch because they couldn't use their cameras and see other attendees. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?
