zoom recordings
If you sign up for cloud recordings of your zoom meetings, does it also copy to your computer? I want to delete some from the cloud to make for more space but I want to be sure it is backed up on my computer first.

Hellol! What happens if I am on a laptop/PC logged into my Zoom (business level) account, and I log in with the same account on another laptop/PC? Per Zoom, "You can be signed in to Zoom on one computer, one tablet, and one phone at a time. If you sign into an additional device while logged into another device of the same type, you will be logged out automatically on the first device." In reality…what happens if "you are logged out automatically?" Assume we have used Zoom registration. If I am the host of a meeting in Meetings and I log in on a laptop in with the same account, does the meeting END, or do I as host just get kicked out and meeting continues with the co-hosts? The same with Webinar - what happens? If I am hosting a Webinar, will the Webinar abruptly since I will be "logged out automatically" - or will the Webinar continue even though I am disconnected? Thank you in advance for your knowledge! @Ray_Harwood and other knowledgeable Zoom users!

We host a webinar several times a week and include a post webinar survey. There isn't a way to set up the survey in the webinar template, instead the survey must be entered manually for each webinar session. This is very cumbersome and time consuming. Anyone know a work around? A year ago, I was told by Zoom this would be forthcoming as an enhancement, but to date I'm unaware if this has been done? Please advise.

I've set up a virtual training event where there are 3 different sessions. People will buy tickets to the particular training session they want to attend. They will then have access to the recording(s) post event. From what I can see, all recordings will appear in the lobby. Will the session recordings only be available to those who have bought a ticket to the corresponding session? Eg. If Lucy brought a ticket to session C will she only see a recording for session C in the lobby (post event)? If David brought tickets to sessions A and B will he only see recordings A & B in the lobby (post event)? Or will David and Lucy see recordings of all 3 sessions?? Many thanks in advance Amy

We are sending invitation email to customer (B2B) for zoom webinars via Hubspot. We want to prevent them from drop-off from pre-registration. Ideally, customers can complete registration with a single click of the "register" button and we can obtain the information of registered customers (company name, name, email address, etc. ). Can we achieve this with zoom webinar by integration between hubspot and zoom?

How can a webinar survey be sent to people who registered for the webinar but did not actually attend the webinar?
Hi all, I'm running a conference with 1500+ speakers over four days. I've set up an Event, and am trying to upload the speaker names and email addresses via the CSV import function. At about the third CSV import, I get the error "You have exceeded the maximum event capacity" I've divided the CSV up into smaller files of less than 400 speakers each, and the Zoom website says there's no maximum to the number of speakers. Any idea what the problem might be?

If I schedule a meeting in Zoom, the meeting shows in my meeting list.
I frequently get emailed Zoom invites from other organisations, but there does not seem to be any way to diarise that meeting in Zoom. Am I missing something?
Good day, Recently hosted a webinar where we linked Zoom to Eventbrite. Unfortunately, there were 2 types of invites to a webinar, one that was sent out at to correct time and another that was sent out 1 h later (some attendees did receive on correct time Google calendar event, and some received 1h later Google calendar invite and some received both of them and both of invites looked different) I did see that for some error was fixed by checking time zone, mine was correct on Eventbrite, Zoom and PC - GMT+3
Can someone explain why this is happening and is there a way to fix this, so it doesn't happen in the future?
Thanks.

We are hosting an in-person conference with five concurrent sessions over 4 days. We are planning on livestreaming and recording these sessions via Zoom, and expect to have no more than 50 people logging on to the livestreamed sessions at any one time. What is the most seamless way to do this with one Zoom account?
