I have a panelist scheduled for a webinar next week. She reviewed her slides with me today. She has short embedded video on two PowerPoint slides. During our practice session, I could not hear the sound as she played the video. I am the host and she is a panelist. Is there a setting I need to change on my account or in that specific meeting that allows sound from videos embedded in shared PowerPoint slides to be heard by me and all participants?

Hi, When you record a webinar during which you have conducted an online poll, will the polling graphic show up on the recording? If not, why not? It looks silly when someone watches the recording and panelists are referring to a poll being taken but the viewer watching the recording can't see the graphic. Is Zoom addressing this? Thank you.

Hi we always have problem for our audiences to clink our webinar hyperlinks on their eventbrite emails. Some people shows "permission denied" and they were able to log via Zoom.us and type in webinar code. so can you tell me what the reason for that?

I was going live on Facebook using Zoom streaming option, After live started on Facebook by 2 seconds, It switched to my laptop camera automatically as if I am live streaming directly from Facebook, Then it kept switching to the Zoom meeting and back to my camera. I had to end the live and start over again using the same steps, and It worked fine after that. Any idea what happened?

I organized a meeting in which there was a participant. During the meeting, the participant requested that the meeting be recorded and I clicked "OK".
We can't find the recording. Can you assist please?
I'm exploring the new Simulive feature within webinars, but can't see any option to include our additional language recordings, or allow CC.
(We're adding videos from previously recorded Zoom meetings which included live translators.)
Is this something we're able to add?

How do I set up a webinar were the attendees are private; where they only see the presenter and not the attendees. Questions and responses are private
Is there a way to share hosting abilities with panelists, similar to that of a meeting? I am asking to have a back up plan in the event that myself (as the host) for a webinar, was not able to do so. How can I pass this authority to someone else in my absence? What if someone had to start the webinar for me if i was not readily available??

I am interested in one information regarding Zoom Sessions. If we choose that the maximum number of participants allowed in each session is 100, does this mean that only 100 participants are allowed to register, or does it mean that more than 100 participants can register, and only 100 participants can access the session?
