Will large video file size cause lag when streaming on zoom webinar?

I have several pre-recorded videos that i plan to play on screen share during a Zoom webinar. They are about 1 hour long and file size is large, around 2GB each. Will this display ok for viewers or will the large file size cause lags or problems when streaming over the webinar screen share? Thanks!

If your video is an hour long and only 2GB, the video's bitrate is not exceptionally high and shouldn't cause Zoom to break a sweat - you should be fine as long as you are using a strong internet connection (wired connection ALWAYS preferred over Wi-Fi) and a capable computer.
