Resolved! Registration form in browser shows data auot-filled for last person registered

We have people registering people on shared PCs. The data of the previous registrant is already auto filled for last person registered. Is there a way to stop this? In this case, it is a privacy issue.

Zoom Communications Stripe Account Created

Has anyone had issues with Zoom creating a Stripe account that they were unaware of and unable to access funds in the stripe account that clients have paid for through separate invoicing that had nothing to do with ZOOM events.  Clients paid me, but funds were put in this account and I can't access.  Zoom has control and no one will respond to my emails except for automated ones that say they are turning this over to their billing department.  This is not a billing issue.  These are my funds I can't access to transfer to my bank!  Please help if anyone has suggestions.  I'm at a loss other than hiring a lawyer to look into this for me.

I have an event created to provide a service to a client. This training class will be given by a person from my team and it is not necessary for me to be present. I am trying to allow my team to start the meeting without having to give them access to my Zoom account or for me to be present. It's possible? I don't know how I could give him permission. I had a zoom event on Tuesday and over half of my guests could not join the webinar even though they had registered for it. I had lots of messages telling me that people were disappointed that they couldn't join. Some complained that the password wouldn't work or that they just couldn't log in, even though they had registered. One of the translator functions also wouldn't work until half way through

Hi there,

 

I currently have a trial of Zoom Events and as part of this trial, I see that you can schedule webinars in two ways

 

1. Through the Zoom Events Hub as part of an event

2. As a standalone webinar in the Zoom Admin area.

 

What I'm not clear on though is do I still get the facility to schedule standalone webinars if I choose a Pay Per Attendee plan or does that only work if I'm on a monthly or yearly subscription?

We are having an issue with the Zoom events platform.

 

During our tech run this evening, our speakers, alternative hosts, and an attendee when leaving a session in the platform got booted out of the platform rather than returned to the lobby. How can we mitigate this? I ensured that every one selecting "Leave Meeting" or "Leave Webinar".

I want to share a video during a webinar. I want participants to hear the sound of the video and not the sound of my microphone. How do I proceed ? Thanks

Can't hear one participant among all

During meetings hosted by me I can hear all participants except one. She can hear me, the other participants can hear her as her microphone is turned on, It's only me who cannot hear her. This is not happening at every meeting but quite often. Obviously my audio works as I host many meetings a day and I have this problem with just one participant. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Hi everyone!

 

Recently I had a zoom webinar and many registered people could not enter.

 

I got various "error messages" from different participants.

Some mentioned the host already and another meeting, others they needed a password or a key.

 

I had disables waiting room and I have checked all outgoing and invitation emails had the SAME zoom link.

 

One of my participants was early and satrted the meeting 5 minutes early. I hopped on that link, maybe that was wrong? On the other hand, I had others that had no problem joining.

 

Have you had this before?

 

What would be the best seetings for me to choose if I want to have as little obstacles as possible for my participants to join?
