Is it possible to export a spreadsheet of webinar recording views that lists each recording and how many views it received over a customizable period of time?

 

I have to report monthly views for webinar recordings, and while I can obtain a spreadsheet for the total number of views, it's for all time.

Hello all, I've been working on a Zoom event for the past few months. 

I came back from the holidays, and I'm no longer able to edit it or access it. 

I can see my event under the Manage Events section. Normally, I would click the edit button to edit the event. Now, it shows an error "Please complete your Host Profile Settings". 

 

I've chatted with support and followed all directions to "update my host profile settings". It is still not working. 

Any ideas?

Resolved! Webinar panelists - how to promote a registrant before a webinar starts (new webinar user!)

Is there a way to promote a registrant to a webinar panelist before they join the meeting? I know I can invite/import a list of panelists but not everyone will attend the meeting virtually and by adding them manually, it will likely create confusion.... Show more

Is there a way to promote a registrant to a webinar panelist before they join the meeting? I know I can invite/import a list of panelists but not everyone will attend the meeting virtually and by adding them manually, it will likely create confusion.  I know I can promote them once they join but that is challenging to do with 50+ participants.

Ideally, once someone has registered, I would like to be able to designate them a panelist so when they do join the webinar, they will have the proper status.

I am hosting a public meeting, using a webinar, that is providing Sign Language interpreters. There will be multiple panelists that want will keep their cameras on during the discussions. At different points there will be screen sharing. To make the speaker and interpreter big enough for Deaf attendees to see the interpreter and to highlight the different speakers, the speaker and the interpreter will be spotlighted.  When the screens share is started the speaker's video is still visible to the attendees but the interpreter is not seen. This means the Interpreter must be the only spotlight so it is accessible but  now the attendees can not see who is speaking.

How do I spotlight the speaker and the interpreter at the same time as screen sharing in a webinar?

Interface for dialing in to a Zoom webinar

I dialed into a Zoom-hosted webinar on my Android phone and needed to enter the meeting ID, which was stored in a calendar entry. By the time I switched to the calendar app, memorized some of the digits, and switched back to the phone app, the voice ... Show more

I dialed into a Zoom-hosted webinar on my Android phone and needed to enter the meeting ID, which was stored in a calendar entry.  By the time I switched to the calendar app, memorized some of the digits, and switched back to the phone app, the voice on the other end was already complaining that I hadn't entered any digits.  (No, really?)  After entering a few digits and switching back to the calendar app to get the next few, it complained again within a few seconds.  Once I started entering those digits, it assumed I was starting to enter the number from the beginning.  After the third time complaining that I hadn't entered enough digits, it brusquely told me that I hadn't given it what it wanted when it wanted it, and promptly hung up on me.  Rude.  I went through this cycle two more times before I could sit down at a computer to read the meeting ID off the screen and finally beat the clock. 

 

This experience was frustrating, to say the least.  And then I had to create a Zoom account just to report my experience.  I'd expect better from a Gartner Magic Quadrant company.
