hi, customers do need a "commercial zoom account" to attend a meeting. In settings, there is no possibility to change this setting. How can I proceed in order to invite attendees without having any commercial zoom account?

I scheduled a meeting and it seems to have vanished from my zoom calendar. Is there a way that i can I restore the meeting with the same address?

I have followed and triple checked all of the steps for installing and configuring the Salesforce app including registering the app for my user in Zoom.  I, however, am not able to see any of the zoom events that I, or anyone else on my team, create.  What should I investigate?

Shut off preview window during screen share

In my webinar, when I do a screen share, in the top-right corner is a small window showing video. Is there a way to NOT show that preview window during a screen share? I've discovered that I can shut off my video to solve this problem but is there a ... Show more

In my webinar, when I do a screen share, in the top-right corner is a small window showing video.  Is there a way to NOT show that preview window during a screen share?  I've discovered that I can shut off my video to solve this problem but is there a setting somewhere that says something like "do not show preview during screen sharing"?

404 error when attempting to watch cloud recording in Zoom Event Hub

We published a cloud recording in the Event Hub and the participants can see the recording there, so that works. But when you click on "Play Recording", you get a 404 error stating that "the recording could not be found" and "You are not authorized t... Show more

We published a cloud recording in the Event Hub and the participants can see the recording there, so that works. But when you click on "Play Recording", you get a 404 error stating that "the recording could not be found" and "You are not authorized to look at it at the moment". Does anyone have any idea why this might be the case?

I have a multi-session Zoom event for one day. Most of the sessions are webinars, except for two meetings. 

 

By default, all the webinars have practice sessions. However, the two meetings do not have practice sessions. I cannot find a place to turn that on. Is that possible? 

 

In the attached screen shot, you can see "start practice" next to the webinars and "start" next to the two meetings.

I would like to be able to create one link for a vendor panelist who can then share it with everyone in their organization to log on to the webinar (as a panelist) as I don't know who will need to participate from their organization, can that be done... Show more

Question: I want to see all the details on the people who have registered for my Webinar. I have it set so that new registrants have to sign up with their company name and title.I want to export all this information PRIOR to the meeting so I can see ... Show more

Question: I want to see all the details on the people who have registered for my Webinar. 

I have it set so that new registrants have to sign up with their company name and title.

I want to export all this information PRIOR to the meeting so I can see who is there.

Unfortunately when I go to export it only has name and email.

 

Does anyone know where I can find all the details on the registrants?

I have the Salesfroce and Zoom Webinar integration set up so we can track webinar registrations/attendees within a campaign in SF.  Everything works well except the join and leave times stopped populating for those who attended. 

 

Any recommendations for resolving this? Everything else is tracking as normal.
