Zoom Not Allowing me to Click on Meeting Summaries on website nor are they sending me the summaries
Zoom AI is generating summaries of my meetings (I am host) and they are listed in the website. But Zoom is blocking me form clicking on them. Zoom also is not sendimg me the summaries by email.
Someone else's meeting summary included with mt meeting summary
I use Zoom as a single person, not part of a company or other organization; just me. In the Meeting Summary, Next Steps, I got next steps for some people who I don't know and who were discussing things not being discussed in my meeting. The Quick Recap and Summary sections of the AI notes were correct. I just got Next Steps from my meeting and some other random meeting with people I don't even know and action items I do not understand. How does this happen? Can my Next Steps be shared with others who I didn't give approval to; to folks outside of me and my meeting group that I don't know, info shared with other organizations? YIKES!

AI meeting coach insights only showing host data
I coach. I'm interested to see the data for the coachee as well as myself. I would be particularly interested in speaker speed etc. Sometimes I am shown data from the other zoom participant and sometimes not. Is there a way of always seeing data in meeting coach from bot participants?

Resolved! Correcting Participants Names
My team starting using AI Companion to take notes during our meeting. When we review the meeting summary it notates incorrect names. For example, it notes Judy when the participant's name is Karen. Is there a way to adjust this to have accurate notes?

Custom Formatting of Meeting Summaries
Hello, fellow Zoomers! I'm trying to figure out how/if I can provide a prompt to the AI companion on how I would like the summary formatted? Currently, I'm taking my summary and then pasting it into a custom prompt I built to re-format the summary into the format my client requires. (an organization I contract with to serve their clients. They have a specific format they want the meetings outcomes reported in). It would be great if I could accomplish that within Zoom and lose the extra step. Thank you in advance!

AI summaries not enabled in settings?
Hello, I've had AI companion creating summaries without a problem until about a month ago, when it stopped. I didn't change any settings before this happened. When I go on Account settings > AI companion, it it set to autostart and Meeting summary is on, but I get an error message below saying "one or more AI companion features are disabled in your settings". I enabled it everywhere I could think of inside "manage all settings", and it still doesn't work, can you please help?
