Hi all I am having issues with not being able to send myself the edited version of the post-meeting summary. The system allows me to select myself and send, but it is not received in my Outlook Inbox. Has anyone got some troubleshooting ideas on how to fix this?

I made the mistake of activating read.ai as I wanted to see how it worked - now it is causing all kinds of problems jumping into every meeting when I no longer want to use it. How do I turn it off and have it stay turned off! It's driving me and my meeting attendees nuts! Thanks in advance for any help on this!

Greetings fellows Zoomies! Not sure if this has been discussed before but the AI Companion Smart recordings are a game changer for staff tasked with creating minutes from meetings as well as students and faculty conducting research interviews on Zoom. The Smart recording content, however, is not one of the components that can be downloaded from the cloud recording like the video and the transcript. Is Zoom going to add that functionality? hello I clicked the AI companion icon to give me meeting notes, and it looked like it was recording. Now I can't find the AI transcript. Is this feature not automatically set? It was flashing during the meeting but now I can't find the transcript. thx

I'd like the ability to rename meeting summary titles...like on the recordings. Why can't I do that?
