AI Meeting Companion only sends summaries part of the time...

It seems when a meeting has been rescheduled, or starts early the companion is not on. I click and it shows companion IS on but at the end there isn't a summary. This is super frustrating. 

 

Any pointers on this?

I just had a meeting, which I recorded. I thought AI Meeting Companion was automatic, but it appears not to be. Can I still get an AI generated summary of my recorded meeting? Thanks!A

Hello! I can not figure out how to enable AI Companion Summaries to be automatically sent to the host, myself. I have this checked and enabled in the settings but it is telling me that I have disabled certain AI Companion Summary options, but won't tell me what.

 

I can also not Share AI Summaries because it says I need to enable email notifications, which are all enabled.

 

Please help!

I had a long meeting with several stakeholders and we resolved a lot of issues, however, the AI companion was set to start and didnt - I assume it was capturing details and would send me a smart summary - it did not. 

 

Is there any way of capturing the meeting summary, recap and topics and actions? 

 

Will be very disappointed if I cannot get them. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Resolved! Smart Recording with AI Companion Enabled (Record to the Cloud) No Recording Available

I noticed that when using the AI Companion for notetaking/meeting summary and trying to record the meeting at the same time, none of my recordings are available. This is frustrating clients. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

Not receiving AI summaries after the meetings

I am no longer receiving email summaries from the AI companion. Looks like they are in the chat but not via email. When reviewing the settings I do not see the following setting: (Optional) Select the checkbox next to Include the full summary text in... Show more

I am no longer receiving email summaries from the AI companion.  Looks like they are in the chat but not via email.  When reviewing the settings I do not see the following setting:

 

(Optional) Select the checkbox next to Include the full summary text in the email sent to users to send the full summary as part of the email to appropriate recipients."

 

Also in AI Companion Managment Summary List the "share" button is not longer enabled.  Edit and Delete are enabled and active.  Any REAL HUMAN assistance is appreciated!

The company I work for would like to see AI Companion metrics by department (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, etc.).
Currently I see no way for me to pull AIC metrics except at the macro company level, even though I have all my company's departments loaded into Zoom via SSO/SAML and populated for every user account.

How does Zoom AI Companion collect consent from meeting participants for smart recording?

Hi all

Our company is considering to use the new AI companion features and we understand some of those features require some sort of automated audio recording (smart recording) to work. We also understand from the support pages that the content of those recordings are not used to train the AI model.

But the question is, if we enable and use those smart recording features, is it clear to the other participants (out customers, suppliers etc) in the meetings that their audio or content is recorded for those AI features and does Zoom collect consent from them for each recording? If our customers do not want this feature to be used, can they setup Zoom in a way that we are not able to record?
