Hi, Zoom did not record a meeting, it was pressed to record but after a meeting, there was no recording of the meeting. Is it possible to access it?

I do not have the option for blurred background. It is available on my other PC and my laptop, but but not on this one. I am using a windows 10, I need it for conferences. Any ideas!
