 I need some help with my MacBook Air, it is not picking up EOS Webcam utility with zoom, But I can use it with the sky.

 

Please help.

Sorry for the delay in answering.  Please verify that you are on version 5.1.1 or later of the MacOS Zoom client since that is the release where all virtual cameras were supported.  Also, based on the Canon support page, if your camera supports Wifi, please make sure it is set to USB mode.

 

If those items do not resolve this, you will either need to open a ticket with Zoom, or contact Canon support to see if they have an issue on their end.
