Error when starting Zoom for VDI

Virtual Machine: Zoom for VDI (5.13.22610)
Physical terminal: ZoomVDIUniversalPlugin (5.13.22610)

 

From the terminal where the plug-in is installed, RDP to the virtual machine, start Zoom for VDI, enter the Meeting ID and try to join, but when you try to join, the message 「The media engine of the Zoom plug-in cannot be started. Please contact support to resolve this issue. Please contact us.」 is displayed. Please tell me how to respond.
