SSO login on mobile device looping :(

Hello-

 

I work full time at a community college and am also a transfer student taking classes at my jc as well as CSU Stanislaus. I am stuck in a very weird loop where I am unable to log in to attend my CSU university lectures on my mobile device- I can only successfully do so on my laptop. When I try to log in using my csustan credentials, it endlessly loops me through their SSO (Duo Push), then back to the university log in, then back to zoom log in, over and over again. I have frequently tried to use the "remember me for one day" checkbox option on the SSO but it never remembers my devices, ever, and completely prevents me from logging in. It would be so helpful to be able to use my zoom app on my phone so I can work and move around while attending my lecture,  but the office of technology says this is a zoom support issue and they're not sure how to help me. I mentioned this to my digital media professor here at my jc and she says she is experiencing the exact same thing as she is affiliated with multiple institutions. Can anyone recommend a solution for people who belong to multiple institutions? Thanks!

Where is virtual background options?

Please see the attached screen shots.  I have tried to follow the directions and it is on in the account settings to allow for virtual background.   I am running on a chromebook as a teacher with a school.  Please advise.

We are the virtual music lesson instructor of the class of 45 students. Due to the international existence of our students, all of our classes are offered online. Although I usually serve as the meeting's host, some students claim that after a while the voice becomes subdued. Not all students deal with this, but some do. The meeting must then be ended and restarted, which is a major time waster.

I'm not sure why this is taking place at all. Please look into this situation!

Zoom Privacy Compliance Issue

Teachers in my Colorado Springs school district cannot use Zoom because its privacy compliance agree is not consistent with our district policy.

What exactly does zoom state in the agreement that causes schools such issues?

Insufficient time alotted for class meetings

I registered with my University email to teach courses; the account is only allowing 40 minutes, however, my classes are 2 hours and 15 minutes. Any suggestions of correcting this?

Losing Zoom Screen when I stop sharing

I teach and ESL course to adults with Saddleback College.  I teach on Zoom on my Mac.

 

I am constantly losing view of my Zoom participants and Zoom tool bar, usually this happens when I stop sharing a screen.  I still hear the audio in my meeting, but I do not see the participants and tool bar.  Then I must go to my Zoom camera icon, right click, and click "Show in Finder"  so that they reappear.  

This is a constant problem - for some reason it didn't happen in my Monday meeting, but then continued on Tues, Wed., and today Thursday, 9/1.

 

I appreciate any help!

Hi! I accidentally clicked educator account while trying to sign in with my gmail. Zoom now prompts me to fill up information making me unable to sign in. Is there any way to disable this so I can just have a regular Zoom account again? I am currently using a different email to post this.

I saw another post about this and they had a ticket number set up for support to contact them. Thank you for your assistance and hope this problem could be resolved soon.
