I am a single Zoom Account user with a single family Microsoft 365 account, not a workplace acount. The directions given to switch over to the new authentication protocol using Nested App Authentication (NAA) just don't work for me. Can someone please direct me to a workflow that works? Windows 11, Updated Zoom, current Microsoft Family 365 account. Dear Valued Customer, We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter to ensure a seamless experience with your Zoom for Outlook add-in.
Microsoft is deprecating Outlook legacy tokens with their introduction of a new authentication protocol, Nested App Authentication (NAA). This change will impact the Zoom for Outlook add-in's ability to access calendar data effectively. To ensure uninterrupted functionality, action is required by the week of January 27, 2025. Please use the steps in the support article for uninterrupted service.
If NAA is not enabled, you may encounter the following issues:

When I key in my meeting code and password, it opens up a window where everything looks normal but upon further scrutiny, it is trying to connect me to a meeting held on May 31. 2022. What do I do to fix this? I removed the Zoom App from my desktop and reinstalled it and it does the same thing. How do I fix this?

Hi there, my company uses Zoom as a chat for internal communications. Sometimes it happens that the zoom on my Windows 11 PC is apparently operational but in reality I am offline for other colleagues. Colleagues write to me but for them I am offline even if for my zoom I am online. The only way to solve the problem is to become reachable again with the chats and restart zoom. This happens about every 2 or 3 hours even with the PC in use. Zoom is updated and connected with a Lan cable. Thank you so much.

It looks as though there's been an update to Zoom. When I used to schedule a meeting in the Zoom desktop app, it would automatically add it to my iCal calendar, I'd grab the link, and send it to attendees. Now it doesn't do that - it tried to open Outlook instead which I don't use, and iCal doesn't look as though it's an option when I log into the web portal to change the settings.
Can anyone suggest a workaround, because right now, I don't even know how to grab the link to send attendees, as the app only gives me the meeting ID.

If I am picking up the call, I have no idea who Chad, Jamey, or Dave were actually trying to get ahold of because it will not tell me. Our old phone system let me know that if Terry was calling for Rick, I could pick up the phone and say, “You have reached Rick "LN removed" desk this is Lauren, How can I help you.” How can we get this setup correctly. If anyone in the Call Queue see that Bob is calling for Joe. Joe is not in the office, but Susan sees that the call is for Joe and can answer it and answer confidently.

I've tried to contact Zoom sales, support, and chat but I have not been able to get an answer. I'm one of the thousands affected by Skype discontinuing, so I am looking for alternative phone platforms. I see Zoom added phones in 2019, so potentially a good option since it seems to function just like Skype (your own phone number, cellular data or wifi calling, make or receive calls). I like Zoom as a platform and use it regularly for video conferencing. I've had a Zoom Pro account since 2016 and, therefore, have legacy pricing of $99.90 per year. I don't want to lose that because Zoom conferencing is vital to my work. It might be nice to have phone and video conferencing bundled together. First question: Can I port my Skype number to Zoom? (lots of places say they will accept ported numbers, but the fine print says they won't accept Skype numbers. I have not found one yet that accepts Skype numbers) Second, and more important, question: If I go with a Zoom bundle of Pro/Phone, will I lose my legacy pricing?

Can someone tell me the actual DNS records to use for domain name verification? I'm trying to verify our domain name, and it seems like there's incomplete and conflicting information. The instructions in the verification popup give me a domain-level TXT record, OK that's done. Then it says it wants a CNAME to "events-branding.zoom.us," but doesn't give me a subdomain for that CNAME record. If I try to use "events-branding" as the subdomain for the CNAME record, then in the verification failure error message it says my A record was not found. But they didn't tell me to create an A record! And over in a help document, it says to create a different TXT record for a subdomain as well as an A record, but doesn't give me an IP address to point the A record to! So, could someone who has successfully verified their domain for branding share what DNS records they created?

A client is having a recurring issue with an Outlook invite sent once per month.
It is an Outlook calendar invite with a Zoom meeting and it is sent to about 100 people.
This month and a few months ago one of the people invited to the meeting 'cancelled' it and it cancelled the invite for everyone. I'm not sure how this is possible since client is the organizer, any help with this would be great!
