Hi, Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Despite all this, participants still get errors and can’t join. I don’t see any alerts or issues on my Zoom profile, and I don’t have access to direct Zoom Support as a Basic user. Is there anything else I can do to fix this, or could there be an issue with my account after downgrading from Pro to Basic? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
I have a personal Zoom account (Basic/free plan) and I’m the only user—there’s no admin or organization involved. Until this morning, everything worked fine, but now my meeting participants can’t join any meetings, even when I start a new meeting and share the correct Meeting ID and passcode.

We have a workflow for a client where custom registration questions have been setup for their Zoom meetings. The client would like a couple of conditional questions to help filter out unwanted registrations. For example the following: --- Conditional question 1 - Yes - No Conditional question 2 (only visible if previous answer is no) - Yes - No Block of text (only visible if both previous answers are no) Text explaining that the user should not register for the meeting. (ideally submission would also be disabled) --- I have looked through the Zoom documentation and far as I can tell this is not possible: However I wanted to check before definitively ruling this out.

Hey y'all! I am using Zoom Events for the first time and I really like the UI and setup. However, I cannot find how to enable the ability to copy or save chat messages. The Save Chat menu option is disabled when in the webinar, and it's not there in the chat options when I click the three dots or in More under participants. In my personal Zoom account, copying and saving chat messages is enabled, but I've gone through all the settings in Zoom events and can't find it. Am I missing something? Where would it be? Please help!

Hey Guys, I like the auto call feature when you have a Zoom meeting scheduled let's say at 6:00pm. At 6Pm Zoom gives you an auto phone call, and when you answer the call, there is a pop up to join your Zoom meeting. However when a client uses Zoom scheduler to book a Zoom phone call, the call gets booked and plugged into my schedule, but at the time of the phone call appointment, there is no auto call, and only a Zoom desktop pop up appears. Anyone know if this auto call feature would work for a scheduled Zoom call?

My Zoom crashes randomly and I have no idea about that. Reinstall Zoom and update my GPU driver does not fix the problem. I didn't find a way to upload files here so I uploaded full crfash logs to Google Drive. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1VE1M8iTcFpdMEy4x9IvHd0ERgSfLm6mb?usp=sharing Also here's one of the log:

Hi there, When I create a recurring I set the meeting ID to my personal ID, then I set the reoccurring settings and the meet ID defaults to a random ID that I don't want to use and my group isn't familiar with. I tried this multiple times. This used to work so I assume it is bug?

Hello, I am trying to connect a building alarm panel dialer to an AudioCodes 1288. No matter the settings I change the modem lines don't seem to synch up. I monitor the line connected to the legacy PBX and the communication seems the same. I know there is some delay which is probably causing the issue. I see modem settings in the Audio Codes, but the recommended Fax settings from Zoom seem to be interfering with them. Has anyone had any luck when attempting this before. I have also tried with a Grandstream ATA with no luck. Thanks, Derek

How can I remove the speaker thumbnail when recording, so that only the shared screen is recorded, and no thumbnail/speaker is shown? In Settings > Recording, I have disabled "Record active speaker with shared screen", "Record gallery view with shared screen" and "Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately". I have also disabled "Display participants' names in the recording" and "Record thumbnails when sharing". Finally, in the meeting itself, under Settings > Recording, I have disabled "Display participants' names in the recording". Despite all this, I'm still getting a small black box for the active speaker in the top right which shows up in the recording, when I only want to see the slide presentation. Previously, I was able to get rid of this box by changing just the meeting setting to remove "Display participants' names in the recording" but now I cannot find any way to get rid of it. I restarted the desktop version of the application after changing the configuration, but this did not help.

For some strange reason, I do not have the ability to add a reaction emoji to Zoom chat messages. They are enabled on my Zoom instance and also on another host's Zoom where this happens. Everyone else in the group can add emojis, but whether I hover, long click, right-click, double click, etc. on a message, I never get the reaction bubble that lets me add an emoji. Before anyone suggests this, I have already gone into my meeting settings to ensure that reactions are enabled. I'm on a MacBook Pro and I have a paid Zoom account. Any help would be appreciated - thank you!
