Hey Guys,
I like the auto call feature when you have a Zoom meeting scheduled let's say at 6:00pm. At 6Pm Zoom gives you an auto phone call, and when you answer the call, there is a pop up to join your Zoom meeting. However when a client uses Zoom scheduler to book a Zoom phone call, the call gets booked and plugged into my schedule, but at the time of the phone call appointment, there is no auto call, and only a Zoom desktop pop up appears. Anyone know if this auto call feature would work for a scheduled Zoom call?

Hey@Zoomie9 – It looks like the Auto-call feature applies only to scheduled Zoom Meetings created through Zoom Scheduler. At the moment, it doesn’t extend to Zoom Phone calls, which is why the behavior isn’t triggering on your end. That said, your use case makes a lot of sense. I’d recommend looping in your Customer Success Manager so they can submit a feature request on your behalf.
