Hello, I'm planning a Zoom event and I need to be fully bilingual, English and French. Would the interface be in French if the attendee chose French as their language? Would all the buttons on our event be bilingual, such as the buttons for sign up, lobby, sessions... etc.?

I am an online higher ed instructor. Although I have been using the college's Zoom for years, I have just created my own private account. It looks like it's all set up and I've been adjusting settings, profile, etc. but see that the Getting Started information references downloading Zoom Client. Do I need to do this? Why? Or have I already downloaded it somehow? Clearly I'm a newbie!

Hello, I noticed that my subscription was renewed on 27th, November, 2025, but I intended to cancel it before the renewal. I clicked “Cancel Plan” immediately today upon realizing it, but the payment had already been processed. Since the renewal was unintentional and the payment was made very recently, I kindly request a refund for this transaction. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, I used the pro free trial event for about 10 days from my usual free use. I'd appreciate it if you could give me a refund.
However, when I logged in to Zoom today, I saw a link recommending a free trial again, and I clicked and paid because I thought the free trial was possible again. (Expected payment of KRW 0)
But after a simple meeting, I checked now and it's a year-by-year payment, so I'm very embarrassed.
If it is wrong to use a meeting once, I hope a refund will be made within the possible range.
One-year payments are a big burden for me.
Please give me a refund.

I just recorded a meeting as co-host with my Android phone. Now I can't find it anywhere. Where are the recordings from the Zoom workplace app stored?
Hi All, In a recent update, I noticed that I can no longer toggle the original sound for musicians option on the top of the main screen. I can change it completely in audio settings, but that's a pain if I want to go back and forth during a meeting. For instance, I teach piano over Zoom. When I want to play something for a student, I turn original sound on. But if I'm typing a student's notes, I don't want the clacking of the keyboard to be heard. So before, it was really easy to toggle on the main screen. Now it seems you can only change it in audio settings. Anyone else having an issue with this or has found a solution like a shortcut? Thanks.

Just got a 2024 Apple M4 and downloaded the newest Zoom app... I cannot for the life of me stop this camera from auto focusing and moving with me. All the help documents tell to do things that don't exist in Zoom Workplace!!! It's so annoying and every time I move a hand the camera zooms in and out, I want it to go back to solid!

My recording was downloaded to my device as a local recording and the file shows as "double click to convert". When I double click, nothing happens, nothing opens. I have tried several times and also restarted my computer. This is on a Windows computer.
