Anyone knows how to turn on annotation tool (green pencil icon at the left bottom corner of the screen)? Currently, I cannot find the annotation tool. I already checked the annotation tool in the meeting setting, but it does not work.
Issue :- 1) There is an issue with the Zoom Room setup on the Logitech Rally Bar Huddle device. The huddle microphone is not working at all, only for joining Microsoft Teams meetings using web client in Zoom Rooms. As per our troubleshooting, we found that zoom calls are working flawlessly with this configuration; problems are seen only during web client teams & Google Meet calls. Zoom version :- Zoom room Version - 6.2.7(6005) Controller Version- 6.2.6(3164) Logitech Rally Bar Huddle Version- 1.13.154 Logitech Tap IP version- 1.13.145 please look into it and provide us solution Thanks, VSP

How do I recover the previously scheduled recurring meetings that used to be under the Meetings tab?
Several coworkers have noticed that the quality of AI-generated meeting summaries has degraded, leading them to disable the feature. Summaries with wild hallucinations that include names of participants that didn’t attend or were never discussed and subject summaries that were completely incorrect. Confidence in the feature has significantly eroded compared to a few months ago.

Dear Zoom Community I have a single monthly subscription for Zoom. The check for updates is missing from my profile. The trouble shooting advice tells me to contact my IT Admin team - as a single user I don't have one, so the advice is inappropriate. How do I get the check updates back. Many thanks Lynn16

As we've been rolling out Zoom Phone to our users, we now have several sales folks and managers using SMS. I've fielded several complaints that they "miss" messages because the sound that notifies the user is not loud and happens very quickly. Has anyone found a way to modify which sound and level of volume we can get for SMS messages?

We changed the profile name of our account, yet the Chat Box has a title area that continues to show the old name. The zoom meeting does not include this old name either. We want to change it or delete it. How do we do that?
