How to change or delete name in Chat Box

We changed the profile name of our account, yet the Chat Box has a title area that continues to show the old name.  The zoom meeting does not include this old name either.  We want to change it or delete it.  How do we do that?

Hi,
When you join a Zoom meeting next time, just type in the name you want under "your name," and make sure to check the box for remembering your name. It should update it everywhere in Zoom.
