We recently discovered that our SCIM integration is not working. I have tried to re-authorize Okta because the previous admin has left the company and my suspicion is that he was the one who authorized this before. I am getting the following error: `You cannot authorize Okta Identity`. I am currently the account owner. What do I need to do to reauthenticate with Zoom to enable Okta provisioning? Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

This problem has happened on two meetings hosted by the same organization. (Let's call it Org M.) When viewing a screen share in portrait mode, the share was only partially displayed on the top half of my screen. The bottom half was black or dark gray and only contained the name of the sharer on the left. In landscape mode, the shared screen was also displayed only on the top half of my screen. I could see the whole image but, because only half of my screen was being used, it was significantly reduced in size. The bottom half of my screen was also black or dark gray and only contained the name of the sharer on the left. I've attached two screenshots. I tried pinching and expanding with my fingers but nothing happened. I changed some settings that I thought might affect the problem, although none looked like they would, and they didn't. Is this a problem that I can fix on my end or is it something that is happening on the broadcaster's side? If I can fix it, how? I'm running Zoom for ipad 6.3.5 on an ipad mini 6. The ipad is set to full screen. While I was connected to the meeting on my iPad I logged in with an iPhone and the problem was not happening on the phone. The problem also happened for a few seconds and then immediately corrected itself when attending a meeting hosted by a different organization. At that time, my IP was having service problems. But both times the problem occurred with Org M, I had a good connection and the problem didn't self-connect. Thanks for any help.

I would like to understand what exactly would happen if I lose my internet connection during a webinar for which I am the only host (no alternative hosts or panelists). Would the webinar continue and panelists remain until I am able to join the webinar again?

Hi folks, I use the Zoom phone SMS text feature, and recently it has been adding "For help, reply HELP. To opt out, reply STOP." to texts after I send them - even when I'm responding to someone who texted me first. Can we turn this feature off? Thank you!

My meeting controls have disappeared. I cannot locate the Turn Meeting Controls on under the General tab. I would look the tools to be constantly on, especially "recording" so I know Zoom is actually recording. I have googled and have not found a solution. Can someone help. Thank you

Is anyone else having issues with File Explorer after the 6.2 Zoom update? We're seeing some issues across a couple of users and wondered if anyone else is also seeing it. File Explorer will freeze or crash. The issue only got resolved when we went back to an older version of Zoom.

Can I edit a Zoom video on a MAC with Quicktime and if not, how can I get edited? Thanks
Hi everyone, I’m experiencing a strange issue with Zoom on my Windows 11 device. The audio works perfectly fine during Zoom Meetings (both headphones and speakers), but it does not work at all during Zoom Phone calls. I don’t hear anything—no ringtone, no voices, nothing. Here are the steps I’ve already tried to troubleshoot the issue : I checked Zoom Audio Settings and Checked Zoom Audio Settings: Checked Windows Volume Mixer: Disabled Audio Enhancements: Reinstalled Zoom: Despite all these efforts, the issue persists exclusively with Zoom Phone calls, while Meetings audio works flawlessly. Could this be caused by a specific Windows configuration or a setting that might block audio for Zoom Phone? Has anyone encountered a similar problem and found a solution? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions from the community or Zoom support. Thank you!

I have had a zoom pro account for 4 years. Up until last Fall, I was able to go FB Live to a private group page, however that changed. I am not able to do so. Suggestions would be appreciated.
