Do delegates have to have a zoom account to sign in to a webinar that has the Registration function enabled?
Hey there! I am hosting paid webinars this month. I want to provide some supporters a free link to attend my webinar without having to pay. I do not have Zoom Events which apparently offers an option to do this. I only the Zoom webinar and a pro account and trying to figure out a solution without needing to pay another account. I tried sending my friend the link that is generated on the calendar invite but when she clicked on it, it made her register and pay. I am accepting payment via PayPal and I do not think I can create a code to override the $10 charge. I am just a bit stumped on this and trying to provide some people a free invite to my webinar. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I’m Darshan Hiranandani, encountering an issue that’s been affecting my work recently. Whenever I’m typing on my screen, whether in Keynote or Pages, the Zoom homepage unexpectedly pops up and interrupts my typing. The strange part is, this also happens when my client is typing on my screen. In addition to that, we hear a chime with every key pressed, and typing stops altogether. Sometimes, the Zoom home screen appears, and we have to click back into the document to continue typing. This has been happening multiple times per hour, and it only started in 2025. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any suggestions on how to fix this? I’d really appreciate any help or insights. Regards Darshan Hiranandani Thanks in advance!

hello, I have recorded a meeting on the cloud but I can't find the video after I left the meeting. I am concerned it I might not have access because I dont have a pro account. Where can I find the video recording? do I have to upgrade to view/download it? I dont want to pay upfront if I can't even find where to locate it and I hope it recorded it in the first place.

Zoom market’s itself as being fully compliant and accessible. I am deaf and rely on captions. I am unable to have captions without the host of a meeting allowing them or the host nominating someone else. There is no incentive for me or for other deaf people to pay for a licence as video meetings are inaccessible whether we pay or not. I currently attend language lessons and have been since September and the tutor is struggling to understand how to enable captions. They must be a host as the lessons are two hours long. I have neither the time or ability to talk them through what to do. I have read all of the forum posts I can find to see if I pay for an account whether that will give me the ability to have captions whether the host is capable or willing or not. It seems not.
When is it going to be possible to get captions on Zoom ? Will Zoom stop marketing itself as fully accessible until it enables captions for all users.

i had the zoom outlook plugin successfully up and running on my PC (Windows 11, Outlook 2024 LTSC) but the latest update of the plugin didn't install, showing error message "error applying transforms. verify that the specified transform paths are valid" (in german) on setup. Tried several things including uninstalling the plugin which worked but didn't fix the issue. Now the outlook plugin is all gone but still whenever i try to reinstall it i get this error message. Any ideas how to fix this issue and get the zoom outlook plugin installed again ?

I have an ASUS VivoBook with a Logi C270 HD WebCam. Sometimes when I try to join a meeting, the WebCam works fine. At other times, the Zoom page just goes into an endless loop and never opens the meeting. In that case, I usually have to close all windows, unplug the camera, restart the computer, and join the meeting without camera. I've tried joining a meeting and then plugging in the camera, and that usually sets off some loop that results in my leaving the meeting. I've check the permissions and security, and it looks OK. I've tested the camera outside of Zoom, and it works OK. I've not been able to detect a pattern of when the camera works on Zoom and when it doesn't. Any suggestions?

Hello How do you change the group chat profile picture since I tried but nothing shows up to change it
Hi all, I regullary take part to meetings opened by the same host/account, that set to ask the participants to give him the permission to activate their microphones. I always deny permission but one of last times I allowed it by mistake. Now all meetings consider that it is given, I am no more asked to choose yes or no. It already happened some years ago and then I found in my account a way to cancel the permission. Something must have changed meanwhile, since now I cannot find it any more. I hope that some of you can kindly help me. Thank you

We have multiple Scheduling Display Only rooms across three offices. Those rooms use an iPad as a Scheduling Only Display. Google Calendar is our calendar service. What we have discovered is that they are not automatically syncing with the iPads, in that we have to manually refresh on the iPad (by swiping down on the iPad) to have new meetings show up or to reflect when a meeting has been cancelled. When we do refresh manually the calendar on the iPad is the same as Google Calendar. So there's no issue with getting the correct data, it just never pulls the data to begin with. We've waiting over five minutes for newly creating or deleted events to show up and it never does. I'm an IT contractor so I tested with the same iPad signing into another client's Zoom instance as a Scheduling Only Display and events sync immediately so I know it's not a network or hardware issue. Both use Google Calendar, with pretty much the exact same settings. Is there a reason why the Zoom Scheduler is not refreshing automatically? What kind of setting could be causing the delay?
