hello, I have recorded a meeting on the cloud but I can't find the video after I left the meeting. I am concerned it I might not have access because I dont have a pro account. Where can I find the video recording? do I have to upgrade to view/download it? I dont want to pay upfront if I can't even find where to locate it and I hope it recorded it in the first place.

Hi JCT1, welcome to Zoom Community.
If you do not have a paid Zoom license, then the recording was not stored in the cloud but on your computer or the device from which you started the session.
If it was on your computer, you can look for a folder called ZOOM, where all the recordings of the meetings you have are stored.

Thanks for you reply. I checked the ZOOM file on my computer but there is nothing. I was made a co-host so could it be possible the video recording was sent to the host (who has the Pro Account)?

Hi JCT1,
That's correct, the recordings in the cloud are stored in the account of the person who scheduled the meeting (the original host). Even if the host is changed during the meeting or a co-host is added, the original hosting will always be the one who scheduled the meeting. meeting.
Therefore, you can consult with the person who scheduled the session.
