So super weird issue that only has zoom as the common thread. Issue: After being in a Zoom meeting for 20-30 minutes, the user's keyboard stops working. This is while in the zoom call and after leaving it. This is an ongoing issue and the user has updated zoom 3 times since the issue occurred and it's still present. User is completely up to date with all OS, app, and driver updates. What I've tried: • Restarting the computer • Updating Windows 10 • Upgrading to Windows 11 • Updating all available drivers • Updating Zoom • Uninstalling/Reinstalling Zoom • Removing and re-adding keyboard drivers • Complete wipe of Windows and all personal information • Assigning a brand new laptop • Using an external keyboard Whenever it does go away, regardless of what I do, it comes back once the user joins a Zoom meeting. No idea where to go next.

When engaging Original sound for musicians to allow background sounds, this reverts back to full noise suppression without being requested and this can be a random time before this happens. I am running 6.3.6 which has now included an extra audio option - Live performance audio BETA. This has probably screwed the existing software, especially as this is a BETA version. Why has this not been tested fully, I need background sounds for Funeral Live Streaming so that people can hear music and hymns being sung, not any more!!!

I have a licensed version, but it makes me mad, because my students can't click on the shareable screen when I give them the remote control. I have already checked all the settings, the remote control is turned on. I have a button and follow all the instructions, students take the remote control but can't click. Please, help me to find the solution. Maybe somebody faced the same issue and could solve it. thanks

Feature Request: It would be great if this feature could be added to enhance the overall experience for users who rely on Cloud recordings. Thank you for considering this suggestion!
I would like to suggest that Zoom enables virtual backgrounds to be included in Cloud recordings, just like they appear during live meetings. Currently, while virtual backgrounds are visible to meeting participants, they do not appear in the Cloud recordings, which can be frustrating when trying to share visually appealing content with others.

I'm hoping someone can advise me on how to troubleshoot an audio issue. I have an issue where every so often my Zoom audio will cut out for 1-3 seconds although the video continues. While not frequent, it means I can miss key pieces of information. (a) This is not a standard connectivity issue -- the video continues without lagging or interruption (b) This is not a standard speaker/audio source issue -- it lasts only a few seconds and it does not occur on other programs, only on Zoom (c) This is not an issue with the speaker's audio -- it occurs across a range of meetings I'm in and I'm the only one who experiences the loss What can I do to troubleshoot?

Hey, my question: Pressing the keyboard shortcuts to lift ab the hand (alt + y) or to switch to mute (alt + a) always causes a sound. It seems... only in Zoom. If I use "space" to mute the sound... or do click onto the symbol for mute.. no sound. Does anybody know how to switch it off? It seems only to happen in combination with "alt" Thank you Matthias

Hello, I have a recurring meeting set up 4 meeting occurrences. I'd like to close registration for just one of the meetings or put a cap on attendance for that specific meeting. Is it possible to cap the number of registered guests for that occurrence and not put a limit on the whole series? Or am I able to close registration for that session?

Hi! I give music lessons (classical flute) on Zoom, which works really well when both the student and I use external microphones to the computer. However, when using the mobile phone for Zoom, this is causing problems. We tried to connect a Zoom H5 handy recorder to an Iphone, but there are severe problems with latency and it "cut offs" the register on the instrument. Is there a way to solve this, with a handy recorder + Iphone? 🙂 Ann

Hi, We would like for our cards to have a Unique ID that we can reference elsewhere. Is there a way for Zoom Docs to generate one (like an issue or ticket number). Thanks!
