Starting February 1, 2025, Zoom Phone customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10DLC campaign in order to keep using SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.
This has happened on 2 separate occasions. I have a room setup with separate mixer and mics, audio interface etc. video camera and playback devices through a video switcher and sound reinforcement in the room. Everything sounds great except twice, the outgoing audio has become distorted to the zoom participants. The audio signal path is clean from mic to audio interface. Since I don't monitor the actual zoom audio, I never know this is happening until people start complaining that it is distorted. To remedy the problem, I have to leave the meeting and rejoin.

We want to start as a "webinar" for 1.5 hours then turn the “webinar" into a “meeting" for an after-chat for those who want to stay and discuss the webinar. Can this be done during a webinar, or do we have to invite participants back in with a different link as a meeting?

Hello! I recently began to use zoom to schedule meetings regularly, but I have noticed that when typing in the 'attendee' field to schedule a meeting, there's no option to just choose from my actual contacts list or autofill. Given how often we hold the meetings and the amount of people, it's a bit tedious to copy/paste each individual email address. Given how common a feature autofilling contacts is, how do I do this on my Zoom account? I already have contacts saved in my personal contacts list, but that doesn't seem to do anything.

Aside from differing skill types, what uses are there out there for creating multiple skill categories? How is everyone else out there using them? As someone new to ZCC, I've been creating a Skill Category for each queue. Hoping to hear examples from others how they leverage categories, and how it helps them. Thanks! FYI, we are a small outfit with just a few queues under each channel, but looking at potentially growing them, leveraging more skill-based routing.

Zoom Phone users at my organization have repeating meetings every week (e.g., 1:00 - 2:00 p.m., every Monday), and they would like to silence incoming Zoom Phone calls during those times. We use MS Outlook as our organizational standard, and it looks like the MS Office/Zoom plug-in only indicates that the person is in a meeting based on Outlook Calendar.. but does not put the phone on Do Not Disturb. Is there a way to automatically set repeating Do Not Disturb times? Thanks!

When we're setting up meetings in Google Calendar that need to use Zoom, the invite generates two different links for some reason (two different IDs by the looks of it). This is super confusing and some people join one link, only to wait around for others who join via the other one. What is the point of this functionality? I would like to set up a meeting with just a single link so there is no confusion at all. This happens whether you use the Gcal zoom add on or not. I can't seem to find a workaround at all. See screenie attached.

Is this possible? I like everything backed up, so would prefer recording my meeting to computer AND cloud.
I have added my team members email and name to the Zoom contact. Assuming next time I create a new meeting I can invite them easily, but it doesn't work. Every time I have to copy and paste their emails. Why this feature doe not work ????? Zoom used to allow you to easily invite others to your meetings and add it to your calendar automatically, now that feature is removed. It's not even in the add ons. Does anyone know how to fix this issue please?

I am running the latest version of Zoom (5.10.6) on Ubuntu 18.04 and as of this morning Zoom is no longer able to view my camera output (Logitech C525). Other applications are able to view the camera output but not Zoom. When I select my C525 camera for video the screen is black. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application multiple times. Are device permissions stored under /opt/zoom for things like cameras? Thanks!
