Also, when sharing the recording, under "Share Setting", can you check whether the chekbox "Viewers can see transcript" is checked?

@KLM13 Could you please let them check, whether in Settings->Recording the toggle "Viewers can see the transcript" is activated?Be aware that this only applies to new recordings, once activated. So, you would need to try it out with a new recording.
