I run a training business and we use a lot of recurring meetings with clients, so that each client has their own dedicated recurring Zoom meeting that we use for all training sessions with that client. Recurring meetings seem to be vanishing from the list and becoming inaccessible without any warning, which is causing us huge problems. Today I went to run a session for a regular client only to find that the meeting details we normally use had been deleted by Zoom and the meeting no longer worked. We had to create a new ID, email all participants, the meeting started late and it was extremely poor service to our client. I have had this happen with a number of recurring meetings but there seems to be no consistent pattern to it. I have recurring meetings that haven't been used for over a year that are still active, whilst this latest one that has vanished was used quite recently. We don't use any calendar integrations or other complex stuff, this was just a normal meeting scheduled via the Zoom web portal and then we emailed the details to the client. Zoom Support refuses to accept any bug reports from me (despite us being paid customers), so I am not sure how to identify the problem, and particularly I'm not sure how to stop it happening again. We can't do business using Zoom if meetings we rely on are getting deleted at random. Thanks.

I keep getting webinar registration emails that i never opted in for. How do you stop people from registering you for webinars you didn't sign up for? They contain no unsubscribe buttons or report to spam and are AI related. Super annoying........

Hola, Tengo un inconveniente: Estaba utilizando zoom desde una pc de escritorio que me permitia utilizar mi Avatar. Y lo dejé puesto. Luego la pc se me rompio y ahora me conecto desde una pc que no me permite usar avatars, y no me deja sacarlo. Lo tengo puesto permanente. Nisiquiera me habilita la solapa de "Avatares" como para desactivarlo. Me dedico a dar clases y solicito una solucion, alguien podria ayudarme paso a paso por favor? Muchas gracias

Hello! We have Meraki stacks at all of our locations. We also use Zoom phone at those locations. We want to set up VoIP Health and Insights in the Meraki dashboard so we can measure the health of Zoom's VoIP servers. VoIP Health allows us to generate metrics on MOS, Loss, Latency, and Jitter at each one of our stores so we can have more visibility into issues at our locations, if any. Does anyone know the specific URLs that the Zoom phone system hits for SIP and RTP? Zoom's firewall rules point to *.zoom.us which isn't specific. Thank you!

Bonjour, Ce matin une personne m'a transmis un lien zoom. nous étions 2 à cette réunion . J'ai souhaité l'enregistrer, elle était d'accord. J'ai bien entendu l'expression "record in Progress". Quand la réunion zoom a été terminée, j'ai mis fin à cette réunion et je suis partie. J'ai voulu réécouter l'enregistrement cet après midi introuvable! Est ce que cet enregistrement s'est perdu, est ce que ca n'a pas fonctionné. y a t'il un moyen d'y accéder ? c'était très important pour moi. Si l'un d'entre vous a une solution. Au départ je l'ai enregistré sur mon ordi et non dans le cloud et quand je vais dans zoom et enregistrement il n'y a que la dernière que j'avais faite avant aujourd'hui qui date de janvier. La personne qui m'a donné le lien pensez vous qu'elle puisse avoir l'enregistrement aussi? ou que moi ? vu que c'est moi qui était enregistré. Ich möchte Meetings durch den AI Companion zusammenfassen lassen. Die Meetings finden in deutscher Sprache statt. Leider fasst der AI Companion die Inhalte nur in englischer Sprache zusammen. Ich finde keinen Weg, dass die Zusammenfassung (Catch me up) automatisch in der gesprochenen Meetingsprache erfolgt. Kann mir jemand helfen?

Ever since I downloaded the new version of zoom on my new laptop (Lenovo ideapad slim 3) zoom doesn’t work properly. this is really problematic for me as I am a teacher and annotating really helps with keeping the students engaged. the thing is, I can see everything I draw, circle or write. If it wasn’t for my students telling me, I wouldn’t even know there was an issue! what can I do to solve this? I tried uninstalling and installing zoom multiple times and no changes. are there any settings I could change, download an older version of zoom (if so, where) or something else? I really need to solve this as soon as possible as it’s making my classes very frustrating. thank you for any help!
first black boxes kept appearing for my students. Managed to fix the issue by changing advanced settings.
However now, students don’t see my annotations. They either completely don’t see them from the start or they appear for a second to then disappear for the rest of the meeting. The students report that they can see my cursor and that’s how they know what information I am selecting. They cant see anything I draw, circle or write.

Hello there, everyone. So, I am trying to access the class recordings inside the CANVAS website/portal. However, I can only get this message " Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again." I have a hypothesis that is: I have logged in with the wrong zoom account and, in order to make everything work, I need to log out and, after that, log in with the correct one. The problem: I don't know how to log out. Help, pls. Here is a print screen of the "error": Btw: The language is portuguese.

Hi, Is there any option to switch between the Camera and the Presentation Screen quickly, without closing the screen sharing? If there is no such option to do it now, is it possible to make some software improvements to enable such an option to use the full screen Camera view, while doing a presentation.

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but when I try and change the email on my account, the system fails to send a confirmation email to either the new email on the old one. I am about to lose access to the email my account has at present so I may need to just cancel the account. Might move to Teams. Zoom used to have chat customer service but seems to be gone these days... Information is Support is more about how to operate the app rather than solve account issues.
