Hello Zoom team, I recently purchased my first Zoom Phone license and set it as the main company number. After that, I bought two additional licenses. Although I received a confirmation email stating that my order was processed and that I could get started with my new numbers, I am unable to see the numbers in my account. Additionally, I have not been charged for these two numbers, despite seeing the invoice on the Zoom website. However, I have not received the corresponding invoice via email. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I appreciate your prompt support.

Hello, I am trying to connect a building alarm panel dialer to an AudioCodes 1288. No matter the settings I change the modem lines don't seem to synch up. I monitor the line connected to the legacy PBX and the communication seems the same. I know there is some delay which is probably causing the issue. I see modem settings in the Audio Codes, but the recommended Fax settings from Zoom seem to be interfering with them. Has anyone had any luck when attempting this before. I have also tried with a Grandstream ATA with no luck. Thanks, Derek

Hi there, my company uses Zoom as a chat for internal communications. Sometimes it happens that the zoom on my Windows 11 PC is apparently operational but in reality I am offline for other colleagues. Colleagues write to me but for them I am offline even if for my zoom I am online. The only way to solve the problem is to become reachable again with the chats and restart zoom. This happens about every 2 or 3 hours even with the PC in use. Zoom is updated and connected with a Lan cable. Thank you so much.

I need to be able to see the phone number of the person I am talking to. I know that you can click a drop down button to see the number, but if I click into another app, then the phone number goes away. How can I have the phone number permanently showing?

I want to install Yealink A30 in my office and use Zoom as platform. I would like to know what type of license is required? Do I need only Zoom Room license or I also need Zoom Workplace Pro?

I bought a Neat bar and got the ZOOM Rooms license to operate it. I still have my pro license. ZOOM Rooms won't let me do meetings in excess of 40 minutes even though I have both licenses. Do they need to link somehow? I use the same profile and login with both licenses but my user management shows both licenses with two different emails. the new email for the Rooms license looks computer generated.

that the "solution" to getting zoom to stop freezing/lagging is turning off built in Zoom features? Are no engineers seeing this as a problem? BTW, tried everything ever listed in these forums to get zoom to stop lagging every 5 minutes. nothing worked.
