ZOOM Rooms with Pro

I bought a Neat bar and got the ZOOM Rooms license to operate it.  I still have my pro license.  ZOOM Rooms won't let me do meetings in excess of 40 minutes even though I have both licenses.  Do they need to link somehow?  I use the same profile and login with both licenses but my user management shows both licenses with two different emails.  the new email for the Rooms license looks computer generated.

It sounds like the zoom rooms licence is not assigned.
I would avoid running both with the same email login, it will confuse zoom with what you are doing.

Have the pro and Zoom Rooms licence with a different login email
then in the account section, make sure the licences are assigned
