I have been participating in some large Zoom meetings with a nonprofit that I volunteer for. We have been trying to interpret these meetings into multiple languages simultaneously. There have been intractable sound issues, where the people who are trying to listen to the interpretation can only hear a small part of what the interpreter is saying. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know the solution?

I am setting up a virtual receptionist station; four users are assigned to receive the call. It always goes to the user whose last name starts with B, and if they decline it, the call ends. Is there a timeout period on when it would go on to the next person? If the first person declines it, why doesn't it move on to the following user? I would like to avoid having an individual button for each person.

I was wondering if there is a way to set my digital signage playlist as a screensaver. Basically, I want to pictures to keep playing while the room is not in use. Didn't know if that was possible.

I've not seen "Require authentication to join" as an option before. How does it compare to waitroom and passcode options? Is it the "easiest" route for an attendee to access with?
waiting room setting enabled, yet people join straight into the meeting. lots of posts on this, but no clear answers.
I'm trying to set up Smart Recording with AI Companion but when I turn on the setting, I only have one option out of four that displays under 'create with each recording', what am i missing? - we already use cloud recording - our 'create audio' transcript is also checked on Is this just a permissions thing?

How do I turn on AI companion for Zoom phone? I have it on for Zoom video meetings but I don't understand how to turn it on for phone calls. Any suggestions?
Hello; We use Zoom AI Companion and our users community love the feature. A user want to bring his laptop to a face-to-face meeting. start a zoom meeting to generate a meeting summary and tasks. The problem is that Zoom AI companion is not able to distinguish different attendees if they are coming from the same meeting participants setting in the same room. Is there a plan in the future to fix that? Can you share with me any articles related to this.

Is there a workaround to invite Zoom AI Companion to a 1-1 phone call so we can generate a call summary? Some of our users are migrating from other platforms to Zoom and they asked about this feature.
