I love Zoom docs. As I am using a lot of docs I have them organized in folders. Is there a way to safely share just one doc without the risk that others can look into my other docs?
My question: How do I share just one page of a folder?
When I want to share one page of the folder there is a warning that the sharing is going to include all files of the folder.
An option to choose between sharing a page or the whole folder would be helpful.

I noticed that sometime in December or January there was a change the zoom docs interface where the primary way to create sub pages moved from the insert menu to the left-hand side that shows all of the pages. While i think this is an improvement in terms of new users being able to understand what is happening with page permissions etc. it makes it slower and harder for me in the way I use Zoom Docs. I would like for the insert menu to have a "link page" option where I can either 1)mention or embed an existing page OR 2)create a new sub-page based on a specific template. Alternatively if there was a way to script (automate) the process of creating a page and selecting a specific template (hopefully with awareness of certain environment variables in the system or parameters that I pass to it) this would give me and many others a powerful toolset within the Zoom platform.
One example use case- I have "home" page for my IT leadership team on which I add links to each meeting agenda/meeting notes before, during, & after meetings. I would like to be able to quickly create a sub-page with the permissions of the parent based on an established template and naming convention with as few clicks as possible.

Hi, I hope some can help me. I am trying to sign in to zoom room controller that I installed on to the CP965 using a configuration file found here: https://zoom.us/client/latest/zrc.apk When I run the app it take me to a sign in screen with options to sign in using, email, SSO, google or facebook. However I am told by our admins that I need to sign in using an activation code which they have given me. The activation code has worked on the Zoom Rooms app installed on windows micro desktop and is shows me the the room the activation code refers to. But I just can find how I use the activation code through the ZRC app on the CP965. I have already update the firmware with the certified custom firmware found here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360001299063-Zoom-Phone-Certified-Hardware#h_746bf277-ad09-4ebc-88f5-b1f76b859b9a Some of the support articles I found on Zoom support also suggest that you can sign in using an activation code but again I cant fine this option. What am i doing wrong?

Hey everyone, I’ve been recording a lot of Zoom meetings lately, and my local storage is starting to fill up fast. I know Zoom has built-in cloud storage, but I’m wondering if there are better or more cost-effective alternatives. For those of you who regularly store and manage large Zoom recordings, what cloud storage services do you recommend? Are there any specific features (like automatic uploads, easy sharing, or integration with Zoom) that make a particular service stand out? I’d love to hear what’s worked best for you!

Why does the IP address of the SBC in a BYOC configuration have to be unique? Why can Zoom differentiate on port like Teams, or allow FQDNs? How are you supposed to configure BYOC for clients that are on a multi-tenant SBC? The following error is received when using the same IP address: "The address you are trying to add is already in use"

With AI-driven features becoming more common in video conferencing tools, Zoom has been rolling out AI-powered meeting summaries and smart notes. Does anyone know if Zoom plans to expand this feature to all users, including free accounts, or will it remain limited to enterprise and pro plans? For those who have used AI-generated summaries, how accurate and useful have they been for your team? Let’s discuss!

I've set up both our main Zoom account and the sub-accounts under it with several settings, but those settings are not being reflected in meetings created in a sub account (after the setting changes were made) via the API. For example: I modified the settings to always record to cloud, disable the waiting room, and allow participants to join before the host. I then created a meeting via the API and joined on one device via the join URL and then on another device via the host start URL. The host was prompted to admit the waiting participant, and the recording never started (nor did I see a way to activate recording).

For the last 4 months or so, when I use Zoom, it completely obliterates my internet connection, making the video freeze for several minutes at a time. Video meetings are essentially impossible, and since I work remotely as a consultant it has been an enormous headache. Within seconds of starting a meeting, I get a notification that my internet is unstable and the audio and video freeze to the point where I have to end the meeting. My typical internet speed is very, very fast: 600-700 mbps download and 300-400 mbps upload. When I use Zoom, the download speed falls to 2-8 mbps and the upload under 1.... I am not exaggerating. In other words, Zoom reduces my connection speed by literally 99%. Turning off the video makes no difference. My internet speed remains throttled even after I close the Zoom meeting. I have to restart my entire computer to get my normal speed back. I have tried removing and reinstalling the app completely and it did nothing to help. I have searched in vain online for help but only found a few other people with the same problem as me, but no solution. I am on a Mac running Sonoma 14.6.1. Zoom is completely updated. I am at the point where I am going to cancel my subscription because the app is functionally unusable.
