The Auto-Generated Closed captions are a very useful tool on meetings, and I know that we have the ability to save the transcripts. I would like to see an option to automatically save the transcript of meetings, differentiated based on whether I am a participant or host. Or at least a prompt. As it currently stands if I forget to save the transcript before I leave a meeting there is no way to recover it.

Every time I try to join a meeting, even one of my own,  I get this screen:

I click on "Launch Meeting", and nothing happens except that I get "Having issues with Zoom, join from your browser"

Then I click on "Download Now", it downloads, I click on the exe file, finally I can join.

Every time.  Every dang time.

I have a Poly Studio X30 that was working fine a couple of weeks back. Now my iPad controller does not detect a mic. There is no microphone option. If i change the Studio X30 to device mode, I can connect a laptop use studio x30 mic and speakert then i open zoom workspace and it works fine. What could be causing the problem?

I'm using a recent version of Zoom (Zoom Workspace).

 

In my meetings I use whiteboards with animated GIF images and embedded YouTube movies, which play fine during the meetings. I also record the meetings to the cloud and then the GIF animations and YouTube videos are frozen images (So I do play them in the meetings, but they don't play in the recordings!)

 

I suppose this a bug in Zoom recording/whiteboards, or is something wrong with my settings?

Participants unable to see real-time typing on my Whiteboard

I created a whiteboard a few months ago that I have been using weekly in my meeting. Until today, participants have been able to see what I am typing in realtime and see when my cursor highlights words or sentences. Today however, they could only see the new information after I stopped typing and the whiteboard finished saving. 

I have checked that everyone has collaborator status, and the only thing that I have done differently was that I had shared the whiteboard with them and set them as editors. 

I tried changing their collaborator status, unsharing the whiteboard, closing the whiteboard and re-opening it. Nothing works.

I recently started experiencing horrible static feedback when I switch on the Orginal Sound feature. I use a MacBook Air and Rode ll mic system. Everything worked fine until a month ago, now I cannot figure out what the issue is...I've done updates, restarts, changed cables, new mics and still the horrible sound persists. 

I cannot hear it while the meeting in on, but the clients can hear the buzzing static and it's on the recording. So I'm doing a million test recordings to trouble shoot but nothing is working! 

Please, anyone, help!

Currently, when we click on a number, it opens in Zoom Phone.

We are hoping to change it so that when a number is clicked on, it opens in the Zoom Contact Center.

Nosotros tenemos actualmente el plan Pro y queremos hacer una reunión con traducción simultanea, no tenemos una persona que haga la traducción, ni tampoco nos sirven los substítulos, Lo que queremos saber es si es posible que yo por ejemplo hable en inglés y los usuarios puedan escuchar la traducción en ucraniano, pero sin que haya una persona que lo haga, sino a través de zoom de forma automática.

 

Si el plan que tenemos (Pro), no nos sirve nos gustaría saber con que plan sería posible hacerlo.

We currently have the Pro plan and we want to hold a meeting with simultaneous translation. We don't have a person to do the translation, nor do the subtitles work for us. What we want to know is if it is possible for me, for example, to speak in English and the users can listen to the translation in ukrainian, but without a person doing it, but through zoom automatically.

 

If the plan we have (Pro) does not work for us, we would like to know with which plan it would be possible to do it.

Can't upgrade to paid account

I can't upgrade my Basic account to Pro. I know how to do it but it just won't let me hit the 'upgrade now' button which is grayed out.  It only allows me to hit 'back'. I double checked everything - no information is missing or is incorrect. It's been 3 days now that I've been trying. I closed Zoom, I shut down the computer. did multiple restarts. There is no information what I am doing wrong, no highlighted fields. My question has probably gone to a wrong category as there is nothing here that pertains to the account itself. Please help!

Greetings.

 

I'm new to Zoom, switching from other platforms because so many users are most familiar and comfortable with Zoom.

 

I signed up for a new account, which worked as expected, and then attempted to upgrade to a "Pro" account, which I need to make the service useful to me.  However the payment process hangs when I submit my credit/debit card information, stuck on "Please Wait" forever.

 

I've checked with my bank.  They see the authorization inquiry and confirm that the transaction is authorized, but the Zoom app never completes it.

 

I've used multiple browsers and made sure that no blockers or add-ons that could interfere are active.

 

None of the online help options are meaningfully related, the chatbot is totally useless and Zoom apparently won't provide other help options except to paid accounts.  And I can't have a paid account if Zoom won't take my money.

 

Any guidance or suggestions will be appreciated.
