Hi All,

 

I searched the forum and support section

 but didn't see a post on this particular problem. I have an iPhone and I use Zoom phones desktop and mobile app for work. When I set up the phone system I accidentally synced my call history and contacts from my Zoom Phone with my personal calls and contacts.

 

Is there any way to undo this?  It's not impossible to work with, it's just kind of annoying and redundant.

Video issues between iphone and imac

I usually zoom on imac. Once I zoomed on iphone and opened video on iphone. Now on the Mac there is no video until I manually press “detach video” button on my iphone. This occurs EVERY time, even when I deleted the Zoom app from my phone

We have a single Admin team call queue that answers our only Auto Receptionist. They each work 2 or 3 days per week and enable/disable answering queue calls among themselves. Sometimes only 1 team member is on the queue, sometimes 2. If they are only logged in on their iPhone app the app doesn't always ring on their device.

 

AR Greeting > Call Queue (sequential)  4 rings > CQ Voice mail.

 

I now tell them to log in to both their laptop Zoom app AND their phones. This doesn't happen when they're logged in on their laptops as well.

Hello, whilst Zoom seems to continue to work broadly fine on my phone, any time I try to join or host a meeting on the Chromebook I got recently it just gets stuck on the 'Joining Meeting' screen indefinitely. Tried using both the PWA and browser, but get the same result every time. Any ideas what the issue might be? Thanks!

Resolved! Why doesn't the "Type '/' to insert' feature work on iPad or iPhone app?

Hi. I might be missing something. But I cannot get the feature to open the 'Insert' menu option on iOS or iPadOS Zoom App or browser. How can I enable this feature? Or is that that it does not work?

Reoccurring Issue with Meeting Dates Changing

I have a reoccurring issue with zoom. I schedule meetings for my boss with his clients using his Zoom Pro link and for the past few weeks he and the clients go to their scheduled meeting but cannot connect. They are told the meeting is scheduled for October 9th even though this is not the meeting date. It's happened too many times and quite frankly looks very unprofessional even though the original meetings are not set or changed to this date.
 
Can someone please help! I have asked my boss what system he is using  and if he has Zoom updated however haven't heard back yet to find out this information (we're in different states).  Anyone else have this issue and if so, how did you fix it!!!!

My Meeting Invite is showing up with the date/time I created the meeting, not the Meeting Date

I created a meeting on 1/4 at 6:00pm for a meeting on 1/16 at 1:00pm. I copied/pasted the meeting details into an email and sent to several people. I have my waiting room setup. I asked a couple of people to click on the meeting link because I wanted to confirm that they would receive, "wait for the host to let you in". The people did say that they saw that, however, the meeting invite said that the meeting was on 1/4 at 6:00pm, which is the date I created the meeting, not the actual meeting date. What is going on with zoom?

Not everyone has the same microphone setting and I can't lower the volume for someone.

 

Is there anything yet ? Did I miss this option ?

Is it something Zoom devs have in sight ?
