Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone in the community might be able to provide some guidance or share their experience with canceling a Zoom subscription. Here's my situation: I've been charged for my Zoom subscription for May 2024 to May 2025, but due to a change in circumstances, my organization will no longer be using the service. I'm wondering if it's possible to terminate the subscription and potentially receive a refund for the unused period. Has anyone gone through a similar process before? If so, could you please share any tips or advice on how to approach Zoom support with this request? I'd greatly appreciate any insights you can offer. Thank you in advance for your help! Best,
LW

Hello,
If speaker speaks polish on stage there is a translator that will do polish -> chineese translation.
If speaker speaks chineese the same person will translate it from chineese to polish.
How to set this up on 1 translator account/laptop?

Recordings, Hi - I have the Zoom Pro version and do not know why my Zoom recordings are now saving as 'double_click_to_convert_01' (raw format) - why is this, and how can I convert the recording to MP4 please? I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue.

@Anonymous , it’s crucial to implement this feature promptly. I host daily meetings with 500 participants in large auditoriums, and the inability to adjust the font size of participants names is a major hindrance. As a result, we’re seriously considering switching to other platforms solely because of this limitation.

I canceled my subscription exactly one day before it was set to renew, but the following day, I was charged for Zoom again. I canceled once more, only to be informed that I have an unpaid invoice and will lose access to my account. I disputed the charge with my bank and got a refund, but when I tried to contact Zoom, I discovered there is no customer service number to call. It’s ridiculous that the only option is to wait for a long time on chat, only to be disconnected before any resolution. Now, they've sent a request to my bank for a check! What?? I find Zoom frustrating—it's all about pushing their products. I'm done with this app and will never use it again. Their policy of charging accounts even after cancellation is unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with the Washington Attorney General and will keep you all posted. They cannot treat customers like this.

Hello Zoom Community, I need help understanding a recent issue with our Zoom Pro subscription. We subscribed to Zoom Pro in December 2024, and our plan was supposed to last for one full year, ending in December 2025. However, we noticed that the status was marked as "Cancelled" on January 17, 2025, despite the subscription being active until December 2025. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or can offer insight into why this might have happened? We're hoping to resolve this and understand if it was a mistake or if there's something on our account that needs attention. Thank you in advance for any assistance! Best regards,
Ferds

I am experiencing an issue when opening the zoom. When I open zoom for a meeting, it automatically open different windows. My face in a different window, and the other participants in another windows. May I know how to fix this issue?
The option to edit settings for my personal room is grayed out and I'm unable to turn off auto recording. I need to turn this off.
While i am attending a zoom webinar or meeting i frequently receive Teams phone calls. Since i've only got the one headset for all my audio, is there a way to mute the meeting temporarily, so i can take the phone call, then get back to the meeting? currently i find myself actually LEAVING the meetings to deal with the phones, and a dislike that solution! Thanks in advance for your help~ vicki!
