Vote now Hello, I am trying to connect a building alarm panel dialer to an AudioCodes 1288. No matter the settings I change the modem lines don't seem to synch up. I monitor the line connected to the legacy PBX and the communication seems the same. I know there is some delay which is probably causing the issue. I see modem settings in the Audio Codes, but the recommended Fax settings from Zoom seem to be interfering with them. Has anyone had any luck when attempting this before. I have also tried with a Grandstream ATA with no luck. Thanks, Derek

This last update vanished the option of selecting "advanced options" then selecting a different external calendar. My Zoom account is set up for Google Calendar. But I would add this additional option, and a iCal option would be selected, so it would add a iCal entity to my Mac Calendar. Now it vanished? Any idea where it is or how I can get it back?

hi, can anyone advise if I can call a 1-800 toll free number on zoom? I have Zoom workplace installed on my Mac but I can't see anywhere on the menu bar to place a call. I didn't need to call till now, but with skype being phased out, I would need to find an alternative to do so. Currently traveling in Europe and need to find a way to call different 1-800 numbers in North America. Thanks for suggestions/advice!

Problem: We utilize a Zoom Phone call queue for our team, with availability set from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We've encountered an issue where users remain in the call queue rotation even when they are marked as "Out of Office" (OOO) or on Paid Time Off (PTO). Specifically: Question: Has anyone experienced this issue with Zoom Phone call queues? Is there a reliable method to automatically remove users from the call queue rotation when they are marked as OOO or on PTO, as the documentation suggests?

When analysing the surveys in a meeting where guests can also register, the names are not displayed. I have a meeting and a survey in which everyone can participate, I did a test and registered as a guest where I can also enter my name. So I can not do any analysis of the result because I only see Guest as name. The anonymised participation option is switched off.
If I now take part in the survey and then look at the results, I only see Guest in the name and not the name entered by the guest.

I created a general survey a while ago under the Survey tab on the Zoom menu. I now want to add this survey to a webinar template, but the only options I have in the webinar settings are to create a new survey from scratch or to add a third-party survey. Am I missing something somewhere, or is there not an option to do this?

The Auto-Generated Closed captions are a very useful tool on meetings, and I know that we have the ability to save the transcripts. I would like to see an option to automatically save the transcript of meetings, differentiated based on whether I am a participant or host. Or at least a prompt. As it currently stands if I forget to save the transcript before I leave a meeting there is no way to recover it. Tyler

My account has been consolidated to another acount with the help of zoom support. But I haven't received a refund of the 18 licenses. Thorugh https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068212 , "Any licenses or add-ons purchased by separate accounts can be refunded during the consolidation process.". I wonder when will I receive my refund.
