Not getting incoming calls or SMS
Hi, I just got the zoomphone. Assigned the number and outgoing is working good. But I am not able to get incoming calls nor SMS. And I can't send sms as well it shows that I don't have a direct number. Can someone please help me how to set it up? Thanks

Calling 1-800 numbers on zoom?
hi, can anyone advise if I can call a 1-800 toll free number on zoom? I have Zoom workplace installed on my Mac but I can't see anywhere on the menu bar to place a call. I didn't need to call till now, but with skype being phased out, I would need to find an alternative to do so. Currently traveling in Europe and need to find a way to call different 1-800 numbers in North America. Thanks for suggestions/advice!

Somehow i have t wo accounts on my desktop zoom app i have the free version. How do i delete one of the accounts. I can not find anywhere to do it. Incidentally on the web vesion i only have the one account that i want.
Line one is greyed out on Zoom portal
Referring to the following community chat, I understand that I need to change the caller on line one. However, on the Zoom portal, line one is greyed out, so I am not able to change the caller ID. Participant initial colors
How is the color of the participant initials (that appear next to their name) determined in the participant list/chat/Q&A? Colors change when you or the participant changes their name.
The camera adjusts to my position and I don't want it to.
How do I change this effect on the camera? I don't want it to follow me or zoom in/out. I need the camera to stay still and focus on what I want. Thank you!
