I recently had a replacement DTEN companion whiteboard installed and it had to be updated to the latest version of Zoom Room software to work with the existing ZR. When closing the whiteboard, there is a prompt to save by QR code or email, but the QR code is not generating or displaying. Any ideas?

While the 'Delete Page Contents' option is buried in the pages section, is there a way, and ideally a keyboard shortcut that can clear the whiteboard of anything that was written. This would be incredibly useful so that if I have a lot of people collaborating, or in a lesson want to explain something quickly...

As a workaround is there a keyboard shortcut for 'Add page' such that I could quickly do that?

I thought in the older whiteboard there was a 'clear all' that was a trash can icon? And I'm just surprised that this feature appears to be missing, unless it's been moved?

Hi, I am trying to create a workflow post a conference event. The idea is for me, as a 'moderator' to setup some sort of Calendly or Microsoft Bookings (preferably) meetings that go out to a a few people, who then accept a time in my calendar that BOTH are available, and then have Zoom automatically send out an invite to myself and the two of them, with custom Zoom settings.

Basically, it will be me and multiple groups of 2-3 people that I need to do this with.

So

1. I sent out an email (or an invite?) to 2-3 people (or one at first or all at once?)

They see my availability on the calendar and select some times the are free.

It then goes out to the next person that should be in the meeting to select a time that works for me and the person above (or send it to all people at once but not sure how that would work).

Once the time has been decided it automatically sends out a custom Zoom or Teams meeting to the 3-4 of us with meeting details, etc. Along with some Docusign documents to sign before the meeting (that allow us to track signatures, etc.)

Or something similar to this, if someone has a better workflow.

I use Zoom for various purposes for both our nonprofit and private tutoring that i do. I have tried to use the whiteboard, with little success for my needs. There are a bunch of ones that I had tried and deleted (sic. closed) and tonight, found a bunch of them.

I attempted to select a single board, hit the ellipsis and the only option presented is, "LOCK." There is no command/option to delete this and a number of other whiteboards. 

Any help or ideas?

Within the templates, there is a "Pro's and Con's" template.  Beneath the template title, the graph has  "Pros and Cons", which is punctuated correctly.  I don't think the intention was to create a template which belongs to either professionals or convicts, which is what that title suggests.

The templates themselves are great but couldn't the titles reflect proper use of the apostrophe? I can't be the only .edu account holder who sees this and just shakes their head.

I'm partly just getting that off my chest.  Partly ranting just because I'm so disappointed to see such bad grammar in a software which is used so widely in the academic world.

We tried to have a meeting in which we shared links to multiple whiteboards we created, thinking their group could access their own personal whiteboard while discussing over zoom. We were blocked from sending them to users outside of our "organization". How do we turn this off, so we can share them with external people? The buttons inside the whiteboard were greyed out. 

At this point, we may as well use Mural.

Hello, I am facilitating a virtual ideation session so I have set-up the framework of the discussion on a whiteboard located in "My Whiteboards" section of Zoom.  When I click "share screen" and click "whiteboard" it only brings up a blank one and I can not seem to figure out how to go get my previously created one for my meeting.  Help and thank you in advance!
