good morning,

 

I don't succeed in sharing the links in a second moment. If I plan a meeting for tomorrow, when I go into the meeting it tells tomorrow it will tell me  NOT VALID.

Website hosting

I am tired of trying to host a meeting on the website. My students are not getting proper education because they can’t get onto a meeting with me. 

 

We have to do something about this.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

I quite like the fact that I can share my computer audio without necessarily sharing my screen. It would be great if this functionality could somehow be de-linked from the regular screen share!? I just facilitated a workshop whereby one host was was sharing a PowerPoint and the other host wanted to share a 15 second jingle but could not do that without first having to kick the other host out!?

I had a meeting on Zoom last night and took pictures of the questions that came into the chat box via screen shots; now I am unable to find those screen shots. Any clues on where to look for them? For reference

 

~ I have a MacBook Pro, version 12.6

~ I used command + T for the screenshots and cannot find these screenshots

~ Screen shots obtained using command + shift + 4 showed up on my desktop

using external speakers

I use and external speaker with my laptop, but need to add another speaker.  The speakers work fine until I open a zoom meeting than only one speaker will work.  How can I add an additional speaker?

I received an e-mail this morning from 'ZoomInfo'    addressed to an unknown person on my domain.  (I receive 'catch all') .  I suspect it is fake/spam.  Can I forward it to somebody to verify?

I have been teaching classes using Zoom with no problem. I helped a friend set her Zoom up and she made me a co host of her meet. When I next logged in to teach my Zoom set up was different. My camera is backward and I have to change it every time. My share screen got changed so it's more clunky than before. Is it because of her Zoom and making me co host?
