Cannot open the video file recording

I upgraded to the newest version of Zoom and now cannot open the recorded MP4 file.  I get the error "The specified procedure could not be found"

Chat conversation disappeared after updating the Zoom client

Hello there,

After I updated my Zoom all my conversations in the team chat with my colleagues are gone.
Also from their end, all conversations with me are gone as well
How can I fix this issue?

Hey all, 

Every time i join a zoom call and a presenter shares their screen i cannot see it but others can. I have tried the different views and still nothing. It used to work but all of a sudden something has changed - please help!!
