Chat support error

Hi guys,
My account now is using pro plan and webinar license but I can make live chat support.
Is that a bug?

Messages not appearing in chat, just phone notifications

Yesterday I started having an issue where I can no longer receive chat messages in either the phone or desktop app...kinda.  When someone sends me a message it will appear on my phone as a notification, but if I go to check the chat in either the phone app or the desktop app, the message is not there. I have restarted and signed in/off several time to see if that would reset things, but to no avail. Tested again this morning and still having the same issue. Very frustrating as I have no idea how to troubleshoot something like this.

There is a bug in the remote control of zoom this week, I am a teacher. When I use zoom to teach students to learn, they use the remote control part of the left side of my shield. But there is a bug in the remote control function on the right, and the students cannot control the right part. I have updated or reinstalled, and I have also tested with different devices, but the result is still not working, please fix this bug in time, thank you very much.

I have opened zoom application,

1.logging using sso options --> its automatically redirecting to my default browser (chrome).

2. in browser i have logged in using gmail account, once logged in its redirecting or asking me to lunch zoom.

3. while lunching zoom its not redirecting to zoom application in ubuntu, waiting for long time not connecting.

4.cleared browsing caches and cookies and browsing data and tried the above.

not helping. is there any issue ? can someone please help me this.

Hello!

 

I was tasked with creating a channel with the following specifications:

  • Must be admin-only for posting (so read-only for everyone else)
  • Must allow new members to see previous chat

The problem is, I have created a new channel with admin-only posting and ticked the box to allow new members to see any previous chat - however, when I get a friend to join to test it, they cannot see any existing chat.

 

I've tried:

  • different users, external and internal
  • unticking and re-ticking the "new members..." box
  • creating another channel in case that wasn't working

However, now I'm just stumped and really struggling to figure it out. I would love any help, thank you.
