Trouble setting Chat Emojis

Hi,

Anyone else having struggles with enabling Chat Emojis. I used the setting and everyone in my own Admin. meetings seem to be able to use reactions in the chat to comments but me. LOL! The irony! I'd love some support, as I'm sure it's a silly little thing or nuance. Thanks!

Hey, @tcastagno.

The other thing that has to happen is that the meeting host has to have Reactions enabled.  I assumed this was probably the case, since you said other people were using it.

As with most things on Zoom, the best way in my opinion is to make your own test meeting and try it.  If it doesn't work and Reactions are enabled in the Meeting and in your account, then I'd say a Support Ticket would be your best bet if you have a Licensed account:

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @tcastagno.

Emojis can be enabled/disabled by the account Zoom Admin. See this Zoom Support article for details:

Thanks @Ray_Harwood, for the response. I tried this a couple times the past couple weeks and it's not working in practice. Other thoughts?
