I am an admin of a channel that I created.  We've had some changes in our department.  Is there a way to delete members from an existing channel?  I can add, but I don't see any info from help about deleting members.

Add all inernal users to channel?

Is there a quick way to add all users to a channel?  We'd like to set up an all hands channel and automatically have everyone added (on provision of new users as well) and have a quick way to add all users.  What's the best way to manage this? 

Is there a way to automate daily standup form on Team Chat?

I'm looking to set up a daily standup or an automated workflow in Team Chat. Is this possible with current features or with a Chat App?

I wanted to state up front that a group on guys on the free account is looking for a solution to the fact that IOS Text strands when there are both Android Users as well as IOS users seem to not work after about 20 people are added there. With this in mind, and for a more viable solution, my idea was to use the team chat function on zoom to do what we wanted to do. I have a couple of users in my test case going. 

 

The first thing I need help on is on is within team chat. If I have some users setup, but we need to make sure if one of us sends a message within the online team chat, or within the desktop application, or within their IOS or Android phone, that we can configure a notification when all users are notified  there is a message for the group. So, within that idea, I did a search to try and set this up. I did not come up with a solution.

What am I missing? Can I not do this with the free account?

Automatic away status when locking PC

It used to automatically change my status to away when I locked my PC. Now it's not doing that and it has to wait for the inactivity time. I don't want it to do that because sometimes I'm at my PC having a discussion with someone so don't want it to ... Show more

It used to automatically change my status to away when I locked my PC.  Now it's not doing that and it has to wait for the inactivity time. I don't want it to do that because sometimes I'm at my PC having a discussion with someone so don't want it to go to away status.  I want it to turn to away like it did before.  How do I change that back?

Zoom Chat Decryption No Longer Working on New Laptop

I purchased a new Macbook Pro and migrated the all of my data from my old computer. Zoom on the new laptop is no longer able to decrypt any messages that I send or receive in the the team chat.

 

I fully deleted the Zoom app and dowloaded it fresh, as well as completed all updates, but the problem persists.

 

I am still able to message on the Zoom app on my phone without any issues, but I cannot do so on my computer.

 

A colleague had this same issue and was instructed by Zoom support to go to the Library--Application Support--Zoom.us--Data and delete the data folder. I don't have a data folder inside my Zoom folder to delete. I tried deleting the Zoom folder itself and that did not fix it.
