Salve ho comprato il pc nuovo, ed ho sempre utilizzato zoom, nel dekstop era già stato preinstallato solo che quando vado ad accedere con le mie credenziali e.mail e password non mi fa aprire la stanza perchè mi compare una scritta che mi dice che l'app deve essere riaggiornata e devo contattare il mio ID, cosa devo fare? Non so proprio come muovermi

I am a free user of Zoom and am using Zoom for my lessons to students. I accidently ended the meeting without saving all the messages in the chatbox and urgently need to try recover them. Please, does anyone know how I can do this? It is important as I need to give feedback to my students.

Hi.

I'm a Technical support specialist in an outsource company.

Our customer has a problem. 

Video doesn't work in the Zoom application.  He sees the camera in the settings of Zoom, but there is only a white screen.

The problem is only with zoom. In the "camera" application, Microsoft Teams or in web (with browser) all work.

I checked Windows settings - Zoom has access to the camera. The application indicates the camera but there is no picture.  I also uninstall and reinstall the application 3-4 times. It doesn't help.

 

type of computer - desktop

OS - Windows 10 

app version - the latest (from the official website)

Resolved! when chatting with thai language the text become square

when chatting with thai language the text become square

what i done is 

change region and language in window to thai

downgrade version of zoom to old version

and it not fixed yet how can i do now please help TwT

Not able to receive call on direct number

Hi, I have just setup an account and not able to receive call on the direct number.

If dial the ext. number the gets connected.

Need help to resolve the issue.

Hi. I am having trouble adding a user. We have three other licenses left, but I am trying to add her and zoom is not sending an email to her email address. I have clicked "re-send" several times. It is also not in her spam or her trash. I have also tried deleting her and adding her back. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

have been back and forth with this issue.I want a second person or two other people to have full access to my zoom account to run meetings without me.i have the Pro account. I pay withmy credit card.I trued the co-host..but I have to be there.Help!!!... Show more
