Hi,

I'm trying to schedule reoccuring meetings every Monday for 30 min.  I want to invite or link these meetings to a team of 3 ppl via Google Calendar.  Can anyone advise?

Hi @paula000

Here is my suggestion for how to accomplish this:

  • Schedule a no-fixed time recurring meeting (can be run as often and as many times as you want).
  • Once scheduled, click the Google Calendar option to export this meeting to a Google Calendar event.
  • Set the every Monday for 30 minutes schedule in the Google calendar event.
  • Invite the 3 other guests.

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

Good morning [at least where I am] Bort,

Is there a way of setting up a recurring meeting that automatically ends at the 30-minute mark? I used to be able to do this. Now my meetings don't have any time limits at all.

Thanks, Tracey

There is no way to set a meeting to automatically end at a certain time or after a certain duration. You may consider using the Timer Zoom App, which would allow you to keep track of how much time your session has left.

Hi @paula000

Do you already have the Zoom Scheduler for Google Calendar?

The recurrence would look something like this.
