Zoom and Outlook

How come I cannot seem to get my Outlook Desktop to accept Zoom?

Are you trying to install the Microsoft Outlook plugin from within the Zoom app, or by downloading it separately?

I have found the latter to be the most reliable method. What version of Outlook do you have?

Are you receiving an error - or is your computer controlled by an Administrator?

If may also be wroth checking your actual Zoom client is up to date.
