Hello, I want to record my presentation for a seminar. I have comments in my ppt presentation. While sharing the presentation I know that we can select only a portion that is visible to the audience. I was wondering if it is possible too that when we are recording our own presentation comments are hidden? Best Regards, Hamza

Never had issues with assigning captions to an attendee outside my organization before, but something seems to have changed. I've used a live captioner who joins the webinar using their own email ID, I promote them to panelist and assign captions. When testing captioning in a webinar practice session, realized I am no longer able to assign captioning to someone outside my organization's zoom account. I can only assign it to panelists within my org. Has there been an update or change I've missed?

All of a sudden when I join a Zoom meeting, we can see each other, we say Hello, I start talking, then the presenter's picture freezes and I can't hear him any longer, but he can hear and see me???? We have this same meeting every week and never had this problem before. Any ideas on what's happening?

I cannot edit the ZOOM Meeting series in these few days. Whenever I press EDIT, the cursor kept turning around with a blank page. Could someone fix it ASAP. Try to contact Support but fail to reach any staff in ZOOM. Not helpful at all.
Hello everyone! I used to use Zoom on an old Mac and therefore I was using an old version. Now that I upgraded my Mac and using the latest version of Zoom I find saving zoom chats really frustrating. I am a language teacher and I use the Zoom chat during a meeting to write new words to my students. In the previous version of Zoom every time I saved the chat to then copy it and paste it on the Google doc I have with my students was very easy as the name of the sender (me in this case) would not get into the way. But now the Zoom chat when saved displays as in picture "new saved chats" and copying the single words has just become so frustrating! Is there a fix for that or another option I could use?
