Hey @Kevin9, you can do the following to take a screenshot of your Zoom meeting.

  1. Switch to gallery view and expand your Zoom window fully to see all participants. (Gallery View displays up to 25 participants per screen by default or up to 49 participants per screen if enabled in the settings.)
  2. Whether you're on Mac, Windows, Android, or iOS, all devices have a different way of 'screenshotting'.
    1. Mac.- Shift, Command, and 4 and Drag the crosshair  to select the area of the screen to capture.
    2. Windows - Hit the Shift-Windows Key-S keyboard combo, and you have a choice of shooting the full screen, a rectangular selection, a freehand selection, or an individual program window.
    3. iOS - Power button + up volume button  (iOS is limited to the number of participants displayed in gallery view -- may need to take multiple)
    4. Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time (Android is also limited to the number of participants displayed in gallery view
  3. You can crop/edit your screenshots to your liking to share!

Hope this helps!
