I'm now using a Zoom PRO plan and I would like to recheck on these points:

  • PRO plan can host up to 100 participants only
  • If I want to host more, I have to purchase an add-on which is 300, 500 or 1000 participants type with different prices
  • For the add-on, would it be automatically applied to all the existing scheduled meeting I created BEFORE buying the add-on? For example, I created a scheduled meeting "A" last week, for end of November. I purchase an add-on for 300 participants this week. Then for this meeting "A" will it be able to host 300 participants automatically after the purchase and all the access link and passcode set remains the same?

Добрый вечер! Помогите, пожалуйста, исправить проблему. У меня совершенно не работает виртуальный фон. Зум обновлен до последней версии, на ноутбуке установлен Windows 7. Но в коллекции фонов нет эффекта "Размытие", а остальные фоны накладываются сверху лица. Скачала Зум на смартфон - там такая же проблема - нет эффекта "Размытие фона". Как исправить проблему?

Hi, I'm Hailey from Korea. I'm struggling with errors that happen when I use Zoom chat. This is a language-specific error so it will be tricky but I'd like to get some advice from Zoom experts.

The Korean language is made up of vowels and consonants. The more difficult point is the fact that there are also final consonants. In short, mommy in English is "엄마" in Korean. In "엄", ㅁ is the final consonant. But when I type Koreans in Zoom chat, all of the final consonants are separated like "어ㅁ 마". This error occurs in only Zoom chat.

Is there anyone who can save me from the Zoom chat problem? I am looking forward to getting some advice.

Hi when I purchased the zoom subscription I was told there is something special I had to do on Zoom to make it work.

 

2 things are happening right now: 

-Facebook wants me to copy a URL into Zoom and I don't know where to put that in my Zoom Account

-When I try to go live I get this error message on Zoom platform: #200 Subject does not have permission to create live video in this group - It's my group & I gave myself access so i'm confused on this - It is a private group
